Impeccable in all aspects!
I don’t use to leave many reviews but I wanted to leave few thoughts as I can see there haven’t been many reviews.
We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. It is remarkable that the experience from the 1st welcome to our check-out was simply impeccable.
The service was extraordinary, the staff genuinely friendly and always there to help.
The restaurants are excellent. The Biancaneve was our favourite but the food in the Beefbar was also brilliant. The staff and the kitchen accommodated to any dietary restrictions and were forthcoming in offering alternatives & variations of dishes.
The ski rental service is extremely convenient with friendly and professional staff taking care of all needs.
All amenities of the hotel including the SPA and the gym are to a very high standard.
We had the most enjoyable time and will be back next year. We can only warmly recommend a stay in the Le Coucou Meribel!

Hotel Le CouCou is a wonderful property! The room was so spacious and comfortable and every detail wasn't missed! The staff at the ski room was exceptional!!!! 10
and made my ski trip even more enjoyable! The staff at reception and breakfast area were only ok... but the shuttle drivers were beyond kind and helpful.

La localisation au cœur des 3 vallées est parfaite Les parties communes et chambres sont très jolies et confortables Les restaurants sont tous très bons, mais nous trouvons les prix du fumoir vraiment excessifs Toute l’équipe de l’hôtel est globalement chaleureuse mais certains membres de l’équipe manquent visiblement d’expérience, ce qui entraîne des erreurs plus ou moins importantes et parfois un décalage avec les prix pratiqués ; housekeeping décevant notamment Nous aurions apprécié davantage de proactivité des concierges quant aux activités à faire et des attentions en chambre plus régulières (certains concurrents offrent un cadeau chaque soir) C’était notre 2ème séjour au coucou et nous recommandons l’hôtel ; nous reviendrons sûrement car nombreux points positifs mais espérons que les points d’amélioration identifiés seront pris en compte Nous remercions particulièrement toute l’équipe du ski room, la direction très présente et globalement l’ensemble du personnel attentif au bien être de notre fils, qui a passé une semaine formidable.

Voltando pela segunda vez para passar mais uma temporada de 8 dias. Nos deram um quarto mal localizado abaixo de uma escada e com vista para a tal escada ! Reclamamos mas não havia quarto da categoria disponível. Apenas os mais caros. Que coincidência ... Um dos dois bons restaurantes do hotel agora tem música ao vivo. Um desafio para o hóspede que quer tranquilidade e precisa jantar com os funcionários dançando ao som do artista do dia. Algo aconteceu com o Les Coucou e não foi para melhor. Seja como for, o fitness room é bacana, o pessoal do ski é fora de série e vida que segue.

Amazing hotel with the best service I have experienced for a long time. The restaurants and food is great. Rooms spacious and comfortable. The best part is the ski room with its overly helpful staff. Probably best ski room service in the world.

Beautiful newer hotel on the slopes. The hotel is true ski-in and ski-out. The Ski Room staff is incredible - you couldn’t find a more welcoming and helpful group anywhere. They knew us by name when we walked in and treated us like family, helping us with equipment, area recommendations, etc. The service by all the hotel staff was great. The rooms are large and very comfortable, with the best hotel mattresses we have ever experienced. All the rooms seem to have balconies and good views. If you enjoy après-ski, the crazy Le Rond Point is within easy walking distance. Staying in Meribel, the valley between Courchevel and Val Thorens, makes moving between the Three Valleys fairly easy.

Beautiful hotel with the best service in the ski room we've ever encountered. Despite its small size, the staff worked perfectly together, offering friendly and dedicated service to everyone. They remember your names quickly and are very patient and fun with children. The rest of the hotel staff were friendly too but the concierge seemed a bit overworked. Nevertheless, a wonderful stay. Nice restaurants, particularly the Beefbar. Very good breakfasts. Really nice ski in, ski out access to the slopes.
