Este lugar es una maravilla, muy bonitas las habitaciones y lo que mas me encanto es la habitación principal ya que es muy hermosa y la fachada increíblemente te remonta a una época de los 40´s, simplemente me encanto, decoración muy impactante, un delicioso desayuno en el restaurante

Muy bonito lugar con una arquitectura francesa , las habitaciones con muchos detalles que se aprecian, el hotel tiene una alberca exclusiva para los huéspedes, el desayuno que se incluye en el hospedaje de lo mejor , sin duda una bonita experiencia quedarse en esta mansión.

Excelente arquitectura tipo francés , bonitas habitaciones , eventos hermosos con una muy buena atención del personal desde valet parking hasta los encargados de los baños, el banquete de tres tiempos muy bien presentado y de muy buen sazón .

Excelente hotel para descansar, sus camas muy cómodas y personal muy amable. Es un hotel perfecto para descansar ya que de ahí te queda todo céntrico te desplazas a cualquier lugar en muy poco tiempo muchas felicidades por la gran atención.

Me gusta escribir una reseña cuando salgo del hotel por que si ayuda al crecimiento del lugar, pero esta ocasión el lugar y su personal lo merecen todo mi reconocimiento y admiración por el gran trabajo de cambio que están haciendo es la 2da ocasión que me quedo con ellos y se ve un gran cambio en el personal y las instalaciones. El desayuno delicioso, el personal ya mas atento y con mucha disposición de servicio.

No respetan reservas con pagos anticipados. Tengan mucho cuidado con esta gente el hotel es lindo pero un día antes sin plan b nos dimos cuenta que nos habían cancelado la reservación sin aviso. Desgraciadamente la poca gente que trabaja ahí no tiene experiencia y solo tienen indicación de quedarse con tu dinero aunque no sea lo que pagaste. Instalaciones descuidadas focos fundidos etc. No volveríamos evitense pasar una mala experiencia ahí era el día de nuestra boda.

El hotel es bonito pero la gente no tiene experiencia en servicio al cliente. La pasamos muy mal. Además nos robaron contratamos una habitacion y la separamos con deposito y el día que la íbamos a utilizar nos dijeron que ya no estaba disponible. Les valió que teniamos las conversaciones con la persona que nos vendió hicieron lo que quisieron.
