Lower rating
I would have given a higher rating but we had to leave the breakfast table after waiting nearly half a hour for out hot food and on check out there was no real apology for this. The place is very lovely but
staff were not overly friendly. Would probably from a senior person in charge.

We had a very special stay at Léognan in one of their beautiful treehouses overlooking the lake. The breakfast was delivered to our room in a picnic basket. The cosy decor was incredibly sweet. The hotel staff sets wonderful and helpful. We borrowed the electric bikes and took their recommendation for a bakery to grab a picnic for lunch. Fantastic hotel.

Un très bel endroit
Que dire de cette parenthèse…. Un lieu magnifique où nous retournerons avec grand plaisir ! L’hôtel est parfait avec une mention spéciale pour la suite merveilleuse et le personnel est aux petits soins….
Mention également pour le restaurant Le Manège avec des mets très bien préparés et présentés et également pour le spa.
En résumé une adresse qui mérite le détour ….

We stayed one night in a tree house that had a balcony with a view overlooking a pond and trees. The treehouse was constructed less than a year ago. The treehouse still smelled new! Service was excellent and the restaurant had excellent food. Highly recommend staying here.
