Waren nun zum 7.x in der Riederalm zu Gast und es war wieder einmal phänomenal!!! Neben der tollen Lage und dem außergewöhnlichen Essen muss man vor allem die Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen hervorheben!!! Wir wurden beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen äußert zuvorkommend und kompetent von Szandra betreut!! Leider waren wir wettertechnisch in der falschen Woche vor Ort - somit werden wir im Dezember ein 8.x kommen - jedoch kurzfristiger buchen!! LG Elisabeth Zöchling

It was great stay. Children had a wonderfull time in playgrounds as well in welness area. The location is absolute perfect. Just next to the cable lift. There is also a separate adult only welness which is big, with pool and different types of Sauna.

We have been going to Riederalm for skiing with the family during the spring break for 15 years now. The hotel is distinguished by its outstanding service, incredibly friendly staff, exquisite food, and beautiful rooms. We will definitely be returning next year!

Seht schönes Hotel, top gelegen an der Skipiste. Tolles Frühstücksbüffet. Sehr gute Jause sm Nachmittag. Sehr schöner Wellness Bereich mit aussen Pool. Kompetentes und nettes Personal. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch

Ein ausgezeichnetes Hotel mit vielen Angeboten fuer Winter und Sommer. Bisher der beste Wellness-Bereich den wir gefunden haben. Man merkt dass das Hotel familiaer geleitet wird, der Besitzer ist ueberall anzutreffen und fuer jeden Wunsch ansprechbar.

Oh my goodness, what a hotel and resort. Where should I start, well my wife and I and our two boys had our ski holiday at the end of January in this possibly the best Ski Resort Hotel we have ever stayed in. We have been skiing in France for the last ten years in what I can only describe as sub par Hotels for double the Price. This Hotel has The best facilities, food, staff and location you could ask for. The Kids ski school is just out the door of the boot room and the main lift is probably twenty meters walk also. It’s well worth a visit and we have already booked for next year.

Das Doppelbett war sehr gemütlich, die Ausziehcouch war leider sehr hart und hat immer gequietscht. Bad war gut durchdacht - vor allem viel Ablagefläche. Kasten war grad ok, könnte etwas mehr Platz haben für 4 Personen. Mir wäre ein Buffet lieber, die 5-Gänge-Menüs waren doch sehr außergewöhnlich. Am letzten Tag haben wir entdeckt, dass es eine eigene Kinderkarte gibt da das Kinderbuffet sehr überschaubar war. Glutenfrei funktioniert super. Freude mit einer Kuhmilchallergie haben sich das leider schwer getan. Als Nachspeise gabs bei 3 Nächten (auch wurde es bei der Buchung und bei der Anreise angesprochen) nur Obst. Für ein Hotel dieser Klasse leider nicht akzeptabel. Getränkepreise auch dementsprechend. Eine Karaffe Leitungs-Wasser für 3 Euro ist man nicht gewohnt. Als Nichtschifahrer waren die Öffnungszeiten leider nicht ideal. Der Erwachsenenbereich wurde der Pool erst um 13:30 Uhr und im Familienbereich wurde der Außenpool erst um 14:00 geöffnet. Das war sehr schade, da das Innenbecken relativ klein ist. Da sollte man sich etwas einfallen lassen damit Gäste die tagsüber im Hotel sind auch auf ihre Kosten kommen.

Tolles Hotel, nettes Personal, perfekte Lage. Wirklich ein tolles Erlebnis in der Riederalm. Insbesondere das Kinderprogramm und das tolle Abendessen machten den Aufenthalt unvergesslich. Alles in allem waren wir total zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.
