Toller Service, klasse Essen. Sehr gemütliche Zimmer, großzügiger Wellnessbereich. Wir wurden nach der Coronapause wie lang ersehnte Familienmitglieder begrüßt.Wir kommen wieder! Das gesamte Personal, vor allem Kira und Dragan, selbst das Reinigungspersonal tut alles, damit sich der Gast wohlfühlt.

Great traditional hotel- huge rooms, and great facilities- pool, SPA etc. We stayed in a huge family room with upper floor, 2 bathrooms, terrace and living room. Everything is clean and well maintained. Basic price includes full board, and it’s a good choice, since there aren’t many dining options around. Breakfast is good, dinner-o.k. It’s a large hotel, old fashioned dinner, all are with great service. Location- very convenient- on the main road, but quite. Endless attractions near by. Overall- definitely recommended.

Kind and helpful staff. The hotel is very average, you can notice that the rooms and all the amenities are not very modern. The whole hotel would need a renovation in my opinion. The breakfast was quite good and the rooms large. However, the room got very hot and there was no air-condition. In the bathroom it always smelled like cigarette smoke. I would not recommend coming here and I would definitely not come again. There are numerous other hotels in the vicinity that seem more modern, that we saw during our walks through the town. If the hotel would cost less and would advertise as a 3-star hotel, it would be fine.

Aufgrund unserer positiven Erfahrungen haben wir uns dieses Hotel erneut zur Übernachtung ausgesucht. Unser Zimmer war ok, sehr geräumig mit Balkon. Was sich allerdings zum Nachteil entwickelt hat, ist der Restaurantbetrieb. In der Vergangenheit gab es eine Speisekarte, nicht sehr üppig, aber doch mit einer ausreichenden Auswahl an Gerichten. Jetzt nur noch ein Menü nach Vorgabe der Küche, was uns überhaupt nicht gefallen hat. Alternativ wurde uns dann ein Schnitzel nach Wiener Art angeboten, was wir dann auch genommen haben. Allerdings war dieses nicht wirklich ein Highlight. Der Service im Außenbereich kam endlich durch Nachfrage meiner Frau an der Rezeption in die Gänge. Andererseits hätten wir wahrscheinlich lange auf eine Bedienung warten können. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nicht wieder.

Hotel hat eine super Lage zu den Bergbahnen, top für bikepark. Leider ist die Straße laut zu hören. Zimmer und Wellness sind ok. Essen und Restaurant könnte besser sein. Ansonsten ist das Hotel gut geführt. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.
