Das Hotel war erstklassig die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren immer im Haus Specha essen, der dortige Koch war hevorragend uns hat das Essen super geschmeckt.

Schönes, grosses Zimmer im neuen Teil des Hotels. Personal durchwegs sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einzig schade war, dass es nur wenige (und am Ende der Saison) kalte Ruheliegen im Spa gab. Die Lage des Hotel ist perfekt! Kein Problem bei Anreise, mit ÖV gut erreichbar.

Eher durch Zufall fiel unsere Wahl auf das Hotel Lenzerhorn, da unser Stammhotel ausgebucht war. Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht. Das Hotel ist gepflegt, unser Zimmer war grosszügig, ruhig, modern eingerichtet, das Badezimmer mit Dusche ebenfalls sehr geräumig. Das Frühstück hat uns geschmeckt. Zum Abendessen waren wir im Spescha, die Karte hat eine gute Auswahl und das Essen war sehr gut. Etwas vom Wichtigsten: das Personal ist äusserst freundlich, gut aufgelegt und hilfsbereit. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

We stayed there in the past with family and friends when we went skiing in Lenzerheide but will never stay there again. I would definitely not recommend it to anyone I know. There are much better options in the area with much better customer service.

We stayed at the Hotel Lenzerhorn for 2 nights – the staff at Reception were very friendly and we felt very welcomed as guests. The location of the hotel is perfect. Our room was on the 3rd floor with a splendid view of the mountains. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with lots of local products, vegetarian options plus we ordered freshly prepared omelettes that were delicious. There is a Spa, which we didn't have time to use (next time) and an outdoor Jacuzzi that was a great place to relax. We parked our car in the underground garage and could recharge it. We plan to stay at the Hotel Lenzerhorn again in the summer.

Schon die Begrüssung war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer geräumig und durchdacht, das Frühstück reichlich, gute Produkte und super fein. Die Bedienung war augestellt und aufmerksam. Auch das auschecken ging fix und sehr freundlich. Es war ein Kurztripp und gerade deswegen war es so angenehm, dass alles so entspannt ablief. Wir sind positiv überrascht und werden sehr gerne wieder mal „einchecken“ 😁

Sehr schönes Hotel, nicht mehr das neuste aber in makellosem Zustand und sehr gepflegt. Der Wellnessbereich ist nicht riesig aber gemütlich und bietet sowohl Sauna wie auch Dampfbad Varianten. Die Hotel eigenen Restaurants servieren ein breites Angebot und die Portionen sind grosszügig und schön angerichtet. Das Personal sehr freundlich und es wird einem ein Gefühl des willkommenseins vermittelt. Ich komme gerne wieder.
