Moderne und saubere Zimmer mit guter Ausrüstung. Spa gut und vielseitig. Frühstücksbuffet reichlich und gut, Abendessen zwischen sehr gut (1. Abend) und ok (2. Abend). Personal immer mit vollem Einsatz, teils mit guter Energie, teils wenig offen. Insgesamt sehr gute Erfahrung zu einem Preis, der für das gebotene ok ist.

Hotel situato in posizione strategia nel centro di Lenzerheide. L’albergo gode di ottimi spazi comuni. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la camera (pulita, moderna e spaziosa), la sala giochi per i bambini e la zona piscina e wellness e la qualità del cibo delle cene. Siamo invece rimasti delusi dal buffet della colazione, non all’altezza di un 4 stelle. (Praticamente assenti i salumi e i formaggi locali) Ottima invece la scelta a la carte sempre a colazione. Abbiamo cenato 3 volte con il servizio in camera e 2 volte il cibo é arrivato con circa 20 minuti di ritardo rispetto l’orario concordato. In fase di prenotazione ho comunicato all’hotel via e-mail che mia figlia é allergica alle nocciole, ricevendo risposta che veniva segnalato alla cucina. Appena arrivati in camera abbiamo trovato un sacchetto di nocciole da dare agli scoiattoli con un bigliettino indirizzato proprio a mia figlia. Questa situazione mi ha lasciato qualche dubbio per riguardo la comunicazione interna. Prezzi corretti rispetto a location e qualità della struttura.

Wir waren vor ca. 10Jahren schonmal im Lenzerhorn und wollten schon länger mal wieder kommen und nun haben wie es geschafft! Das Hotel ist wunderschön mitten in der Lenzerheide gelegen! Für uns ist es eine wahre Wohlfühloase den hier stimmt einfach alles! Vom Empfang,über das Zimmer mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Berge und auch der Wellness&Spa bereich ist ein wahrer genuss! Das ganze Personal ist total Freundlich,alle haben immer ein Lächeln auf dem Gesicht und auch der Chef hat uns jeden Tag gegrüsst und nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist oder ob man irgendwelche Wünsche hat,einfach Perfekt so sollte es sein! Als Tipp: unbedingt eine Behandlung dezu buchen,die Massagen und auch die Pediküre,ein richtiger Genuss! Wir kommen auf jedenfall schon bald wieder!

Great hotel and stuff, very positive attitude in the reception. Great nutritional breakfast, and very clean room. the first pool is not warm enough, but the second family pool is great. the outdoors jacuzzi is great also, so is the variety of the saunas. Very important tip: close the deal directly with the hotel website and do it as soon as possible to get the best packages and prices - I took a package that included the skipass - and it was worth it.

Super-schönes grosses Zimmer für die Familie, äusserst freundliche, herzliche Mitarbeitende, umfassendes Angebot an Wellness und Bad. Wir haben jeden Tag genossen. Das Essen war sehr gut, das HP-Menü abwechslungsreich. Vielen Dank.

Hotel molto curato in pieni centro di Lenzerheide. Le piste arrivano proprio davanti all’ingresso del hotel e, a poche decine di metri, si trova la partenza dei bus che conducono agli impianti sportivi. Grande scelta di ristoranti interni con piatti sempre curati e servizio di ottimo livello. Colazione a buffet con alimenti locali e di grande qualità. Una SPA interna con tutto quello che serve per godersi la vita. Il comprensorio sciistico è molto grande, le piste ben tenute e ben marcate.

Freundliches Personal, gutes Essen, aber geht nicht als 4-Sterne-Hotel durch, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Einfache Zimmerausstattung, umständliche und lange Wege im Hotel, kein direkter Zugang zum Wellness-Bereich. Skiraum weit entfernt, befindet sich in einem anderen Haus und war nur mit Hilfe des Personals zu finden. Ansonsten gut, vor allem die Lage im Zentrum direkt an den Bushaltestellen.
