Hotel situato in ottima posizione,camere molto accoglienti e pulite,personale gentilissimo e professionale.L’albergo e dotato di una magnifa spa e zona relax,ma sopratutto di un ottimo ristorante dove poter godere di un ottima e abbondante colazione e di una squisita cena con piatti davvero ben cucinati e di ottima fattura…consiglio vivamente per passare giorni di relax accompagnati da buon cibo!!!!

Eine wahre Freude dort zu gastieren!
Für mich eine der besten Adressen in Lai, wo Preis/Leistung stimmt. Sehr komfortable, renovierte, angenehm grosse, gut ausgerüstete Zimmer, sehr komfortabler Ski/Bike-Raum, schöne Piscina, noch freundlicheres Personal als vor 2 Jahren, gute, bodenständige Küche, grosse Menuauswahl für eine Halbpension, Parking, Shuttle Service zum Bahnhof, zentral, und, und, und. Was will man mehr?

Reto und sein Team machen einen sehr guten Job, besonders sind der Wellness Bereich und das Restaurants. Ich habe lange nicht mehr so lecker gegessen.

Gestern haben wir im Hotel Sunstar auf der Terrasse etwas kleines gegessen. Ich bestellte dann eine Bündner Gerstensuppe (Spezialität in Graubünden), serviert wurde mir dann eine lauwarme Wasserbrühe mit etwas Milch oder Rahm drin und etwas Gerste, rein null Geschmack, absolut schrecklich ! Die Servicefachangestellte wollte beim abräumen auch gar nicht wissen ob es geschmeckt hat. Nie wieder….

Torniamo in questo hotel per le vacanze estive ma purtroppo a differenza della precedente esperienza ,possiamo solo salvare la colazione ,accettabile la pulizia delle camere ma un vero disastro il cibo alla sera,,pietanze praticamente arrivate a tavola fredde ,mal cucinate e presentate,praticamente soldi buttati ,le ultime due sere abbiamo preferito cenare fuori ,per fortuna!!!!iin inverno non torneremo ,peccato!!!
