Torniamo in questo hotel per le vacanze estive ma purtroppo a differenza della precedente esperienza ,possiamo solo salvare la colazione ,accettabile la pulizia delle camere ma un vero disastro il cibo alla sera,,pietanze praticamente arrivate a tavola fredde ,mal cucinate e presentate,praticamente soldi buttati ,le ultime due sere abbiamo preferito cenare fuori ,per fortuna!!!!iin inverno non torneremo ,peccato!!!

Wir haben eine perfekte Skiwoche erlebt auf der Lenzerheide u. vor allem im Hotel Sunstar. Sehr aufmerksames u. freundliches Personal. Das Kulinarik-Paket mit 4-Gang-Menu à Fr. 61.- lohnt sich: jeden Abend reichhaltige Auswahl aus Fleisch, Fisch oder Vegi-Menü. Dazu Vorspeise, Suppe oder Salat u. Dessert u/o Früchte oder Käsebuffet. Sehr positiv u. um Food Waste zu eliminieren: etwas kleinere Portionen, aber mit Möglichkeit zum Nachbestellen. Ebenfalls grosses Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr gepflegtes Bad mit drei Saunen u. Infrarot-Kabine. Ruheraum mit Liegen u. Blick auf die Schneeberge. Inkl. Getränken u. leichten Snacks.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Personnel au top. Nous n'hésitons pas à recommander cet établissement. Tout est fait pour que l'on se sente à l'aise. Petit bémol, il faut avoir quelques notions de la langue allemande.

Angenehme Auszeit, Personal ausgezeichnet ＞ immer hilfsbereit und freundlich! Sehr Tierfreundliches Hotel, fuer Hundebesitzer unbedingt zu empfehlen. Speisekarte ist allerdings ausbaufaehig... Spa Berich = leider ein Misskonzept... Im Ruheraum befindet sich die Snack-Bar/Tee, Getraenke etc. - waehrend einige probieren dort zu ruhen, kommen laufend Gaeste aus dem angrenzenden Schwimmbad und bedienen sich dort. Die Tuere faellt dabei immer geraeuschvoll ins Schloss, Teetassengeklapper wie in einer Milchkueche und Diskussionen ob es zusaetzlich noch Nuessli oder getrocknete Aprikosen sein sollen... :((( Von geplanter Ruhe nicht mehr viel uebrig.

Wir durften supertolle Wintertage in der Lenzerheide und im Hotel Sunstar verbringen. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Sehr freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer, einen sehr hübschen kleinen Sauna- / Wellness-Bereich und eine fantastische Küche. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Hotel ok 3* ma il cibo non è buono … non avevo notato le stanze nuove quindi ho avuto una vecchia nel suo brodo quidi no comment . Il cibo non è un gran che quindi non raccomando questo posto anche la colazione sembra molto industriale e sopratutto self-service senza camerieri

The value over price, is not there, too expensive. Food was same entire week, even a la carte was not changed with very small choices and very sweet. Breakfast was the same every day with small to no room for improvement. Reservation for dinner moved because we were not enough. We should have been more than 3 in order to keep the reservation for dinner. The staff was friendly, no question there.
