The detail and lux of our suite was to die for. Loved the outdoor wooden jacuzzi - blissful. The modern facilities, indoor shower and seperate tub and bathrobes, heated floors, fireplace and aroma infuser was extra special. The bed was the BEST I’ve ever slept on. Loved that all shades were electric and the mood lightening gave everything a more romantic touch. Breakfast basket was yummy with fresh eggs, a bottle of wine, and delicious fresh made bread.

Our stay at Fika was 5 star, relaxing, serene,sheer luxury and beautiful, peaceful grounds to explore. A wonderful spot to rejuvenate and be amongst the animals, (fun to feed them ) and nature. The two storey accommodation had very comfortable beds, luxurious bathrooms and every need was covered, from fluffy bathrobes to swimming in the heated pool and lazing on the deck. Staying at Fika was a great opportunity to visit local wineries, cute little pubs and other Hills towns close by. A very memorable 2 night stay

Wish I had booked a longer stay!
Incredibly relaxing stay! Bed was very comfortable (great for my bad back) fireplace in the Lounge Room with lovely outdoor bath was fantastic. I simply loved having a sauna inside the bathroom. When we arrived, we saw our little welcome pack with breakfast provisions for the first day and feed so we could feed the cows, goats and alpacas on the property.

I really wish I could give this place a glowing, 5 star review. I suspect when these pavilions were first built that they were really something. Our accomodation was tired and not that comfortable. The couch was so worn and the kitchen was showing lots of wear and tear. For a facility that is claiming luxury, we didn't leave feeling like we had a special experience. Milo, Weetbix, 2 coffee pods and 3 eggs do not say luxury to me (we stayed 2 nights). There was no complimentary wine, which is unusual for a BnB in the Adelaide Hills. We were there for a special birthday so we had brought sparkling wine. No champagne flutes provided, which we found unusual. The accommodation guide has numerous pages that are water stained and very worn. No table and chairs either to sit and have a meal. On the plus side the spa bath was lovely, the bed was quite comfortable and provisions left to feed the local goats/cattle was a bonus. For what we paid per night, we were expecting something really special and that just didn't happen. It was all a bit deflating.

Very disappointing. Our expensive "pavillion" was grubby and in need of a good clean with very poor quality breakfast provisions. Despite what it said on the web site there was no table at which one could dine under the stars. Location was good but would not stay again. The Adelaide Hills are wonderful.

No hair dryer included in the bathroom , no dishwashing sponge for cleaning in the kitchen , no user manual on the Bluetooth speaker and the coffee machine
