The hotel is great, clean, the pool water should be warmer, we could not use the outside pool, the hotel is quiet during the week but there may be activities, I did not see an active fireplace outside or inside, the staff is good but there is a little deficiency, young people are normal, I made 2 reservations for the same room, the room was changed the next day, this should have been notified to me in advance and I could have stayed for another 3/4 days but this lack of communication made it negative.

I’ve stayed in six senses in Switzerland, Italy and Japan. And this is the best one among all. Also the best hotel that I stayed in Europe. Highly recommended.

The hotel is not average, the hygiene, environment, facilities and services are all good. The hotel is located on a mountain and has a good view of the air. The service was impeccable. We drove there by ourselves and gave the car keys to the waiter. Our luggage was delivered directly to the room. The car was parked for us and the hotel kept the keys for us. The front desk of the hotel helped upgrade the room, and the bathroom in the room has a steam room. The breakfast in the hotel is also quite good. I’ll come back next time if I have the chance.

Hotel is dark, no light, food in both restaurant is average with out any personality's.....service wise better pass away, the waiter are completely lost and managers do nothing in front of the kitchen, all the service at the telephone, something unbelievable......................

Merci à toute l'équipe du Six Senses pour cet excellent Week-end. Chambre 336 très belle, spacieuse et remarquablement bien décorée. Le plus : baie vitrée s'ouvrant sur un balcon aménagé avec beau mobilier qui nous permet de contempler la magnifique vue sur les montagnes, tellement apaisant. Le spa très propre, spacieux et le staff aux petits soins. La restauration top, le restaurant Japonais avec excellente table et ambiance avec Dj pour terminer. La boutique avec un fantastique accueil de Raquel qui connait très bien les belles marques qu'elle propose. hotel raffiné, douillet aux couleurs de la montagne. A refaire très très vite. Merci
