I’ve stayed in six senses in Switzerland, Italy and Japan. And this is the best one among all. Also the best hotel that I stayed in Europe. Highly recommended.

The hotel is not average, the hygiene, environment, facilities and services are all good. The hotel is located on a mountain and has a good view of the air. The service was impeccable. We drove there by ourselves and gave the car keys to the waiter. Our luggage was delivered directly to the room. The car was parked for us and the hotel kept the keys for us. The front desk of the hotel helped upgrade the room, and the bathroom in the room has a steam room. The breakfast in the hotel is also quite good. I’ll come back next time if I have the chance.

Non puo essere un cinque stelle, arriviamo all' Hotel e un certo Jordan si prende per una star di holliwod, ci domandiamo se questo grasso individuo sia il general manager, ma e' solo un parcheggiatore indisponente, poi alla reception troviamo il kinder garden completamente persi nei meandri.......Ai ristorante cucina sufficente e servizio allucinante , al giapponese la maitre italiana e' persa completamente...... We are staying in the hotel. Although the hotel is very good in terms of architecture and hardware, the service is horrible. We had to wait 2 hours for our luggages to be delivered to the room, after many calls the gm had it delivered, Today we asked for extra pillows , called front office 3 times but not delivered at all. However the service in the restaurant , ski rental and spa is very good.

We had an excellent weekend at the six senses crans-Montana, with very personalized service, at the reception, spa, as well as the restaurant. We also got a warm welcome and many nice attentions and surprises (for a Birthday). We highly recommend and will definitely come back.

Guter Service, sehr schlechte Aussicht
Super Service, schönes Hotel, sehr Schade dass keines der Zimmer, keines der Restaurants, Pool, SPA eine Aussicht hat über die Bergen, die Betten sind SEHR unbequem und hart. Im grossen und ganzen sehr enttäuschend, würde nie mehr in dieses Hotel gehen.

Six Sense la experience falls far short of expecta
Bad
Japanese restaurant is a rip off and sushi is bad.
Staff appear to be friendly but it’s all just pretense and are not as helpful as they claim to be.
Breakfast isn’t great either. Took 20 mins for fried eggs to arrive and don’t even have sausage on the menu.
