The hotel is great, clean, the pool water should be warmer, we could not use the outside pool, the hotel is quiet during the week but there may be activities, I did not see an active fireplace outside or inside, the staff is good but there is a little deficiency, young people are normal, I made 2 reservations for the same room, the room was changed the next day, this should have been notified to me in advance and I could have stayed for another 3/4 days but this lack of communication made it negative.

The hotel is not average, the hygiene, environment, facilities and services are all good. The hotel is located on a mountain and has a good view of the air. The service was impeccable. We drove there by ourselves and gave the car keys to the waiter. Our luggage was delivered directly to the room. The car was parked for us and the hotel kept the keys for us. The front desk of the hotel helped upgrade the room, and the bathroom in the room has a steam room. The breakfast in the hotel is also quite good. I’ll come back next time if I have the chance.

Nous avons dîné au Byakko et nous avons été enchantés par cette expérience. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par la manager, qui s'est montrée très aimable et proche. Charging for the slightest trip when there is a shuttle is just unworthy of such an establishment... 5 stars far from everything... without a shuttle you can't do anything... everything must be paid for... and yet we have been to many other 5 stars: the Kaila in Meribel... the Barmes de l'Ours in Val d'Isère... atla para in Val Thorens all with great service!!!
