So schade, das Schwimmbad steht nicht jeden Vormittag zur Verfügung. Ich stelle dies jetzt hier an die erste Stelle, weil es mir so wichtig ist, vor dem Frühstück zu schwimmen, deshalb buche ich stets Hotel mit Pool. Kurz nach 8 Uhr war der Pool jedoch gefüllt mit Velos für einen Aquabike-Kurs. Als Gäste von einem 5 Sterne Hotel mit Pool erwarte ich, dass mir der Pool auch am Vormittag zur Vefügung steht. Alles Andere war sehr gut, insbesondere das Abendessen, war wirklich seiner 5 Sterne würdig. Die Angestellten waren alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen. Das Zimmer war sehr gross und schön. Die Betten sind ausgezeichnet . Die Aussicht fantastisch.

C’était parfait notre séjour, nous reviendrons, pour se reposer c’est super et la localisation de hôtel est super, ainsi que les plats, et le spa est top surtout le jacuzzi , parking gratuit, possibilité de charger les voitures électriques et chambre très spacieuse.

Le service, que ce soit à la réception, au bar, au restaurant ou au spa, est tout simplement irréprochable. La chambre n° 206, une suite de 45 m², est vaste, lumineuse et offre un grand balcon avec une vue splendide sur les Alpes. Le restaurant mérite également tous les éloges, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié le menu spécial Saint-Valentin, proposé au tarif de la demi-pension. Le fait que les chiens soient les bienvenus (pour seulement 10.- CHF par jour) et que le parking soit gratuit sont des petits plus qui ont fait toute la différence. En résumé, tout a été parfait et nous n'avons aucun doute : nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Grand hôtel très bien placé au centre de crans. accès facile. belles chambres assez vastes avec grand balcon avec vue. bons espaces salons et restaus. piscine intérieure un peu petite et bruyante en saison. personnel sympa mais le service est plutôt niveau 4 que 5 étoiles. en résumé un bon hôtel mais n’attendez pas un palace.

Wonderful hotel but front desk staff could be a bit more attentive. I left my only warm jacket and called about two hoted after check out while still not to far and asked the front desk to check the room for my jacket. They said it was not turned in and would check and call of they find it. FIVE DAYS LATER they call to day they found it in the room. By that time i purchased a new jacket since I didn’t hear back. Now they want my credit card to send it to me. This is not what a expected form a five star hotel. Truly disspointed.
