The lady at reception was very friendly and efficient , certainly a great asset to this business as first impressions are very important
I was in cabin number 8 , the key would not open the screen door , the lady at reception apologised and arranged 2 staff to open it with a master key .
I did not lock the screen door once I gained access .
The television remote would not activate the Television . Maybe flat batteries but very disappointing .

Reflections Lennox Holiday Park is the best ! The location opposite Lake Ainsworth tea tree lake is fabulous and the ocean beach is right out front so two great options for swimming. This time we stayed in the superior cabin which was more like a house and very comfortable. Last time I camped and the facilities were good and there was a camp kitchen. The staff were friendly and helpful It is a pet friendly park and lots of people had well behaved dogs. The glamping tents look amazing!I highly recommend Reflections,Lennox Head

First time at Lennox, we really enjoyed our stay. Note: we initially had site near lake, next to road, which can get quite busy on weekends if you don’t like traffic noise. Facilities were good and grounds, considering heavy rains were also good. Great location and staff friendly and helpful

We stayed on a powered site. The park does not have all of the bells and whistles like pools and playgrounds and jumping pillows, all of the things that we grey nomads don't need or want to pay for. The park was extremely well maintained and the amenities were very clean. Staff on check in were friendly and helpful I would highly recommend this park.

The staff were very pleasant & obliging. We had three nights in a Glamping tent & were delighted with the whole experience. Modern, clean, spacious & comfortable.

The location is great and the powered camp site is large and grassy with shade. Unfortunately the cost to camp here for Easter is now expensive and not an affordable alternative considering we are in a tent. The amenities block near our site is in need of a complete renovation or demolition. Lights don’t work in showers and taps fall off. Ceilings are peeling. No returning customer discount is provided/offered and members don’t seem to get any benefits either so don’t see the point. Reflections needs to do something to improve the above. But we do love the area

Great friendly staff on arrival, & the cabin location & cleanliness was great. These cabins are showing a little age, but still a magnificent choice for this laidback town.
