The first thing that struck me was that hardly any staff, apart from those at reception, spoke Swiss German. The rooms are comfortable and truly five-star. We booked a Premium Junior Suite, which was very modern and came with all the amenities you could hope for. As for the restaurants, they offer a "dine around" gourmet package for CHF 96, which is not only overpriced but also underwhelming. The food is far from exceptional and certainly not out of the ordinary. Both Spettacolo and Oh de Vie serve what is marketed as gourmet cuisine, but the execution doesn’t quite live up to the promise. If you want something simpler, the bar is your only alternative, offering à la carte options like burgers and casual fare. However, it's not included in the gourmet package and doesn’t have the atmosphere of a proper dining venue. The food quality can be disappointing. For example, the octopus we had at Oh de Vie was undercooked, which is simply unacceptable. If I want raw octopus, I’ll order a carpaccio. Service at Spettacolo is also very slow — you might wait over an hour unless you reserve a table for 6:30 PM. On a more positive note, breakfast was well-organized, with a good selection and attentive service. The bar lounge itself feels rather dull, and unless you're sitting directly at the bar, the staff tends to ignore you. Overall, I honestly think they can do better. The village is just 5-10 minutes walk so you might like to book bed and breakfast and dine out.

Wunderbare Frühstücksbuffet. Super Ausgangslage für Wanderungen. Dannach Erholung im Innen- und Aussenpool und am Abend ein feines Nachtessen im tollen Ambiente! Wir kommen wieder. Das nächste Mal kommen wir mit den Kindern: eine Indoor-Wasserrutsche, eine Kinderbetreuung und Kindermenukarte. Das Hotel direkt neben der Betelbergbahn. Bis bald.

Super Accueil. Personnel très attentionné et professionnel. Chambre parfaite avec beau balcon. Souper un délice. (5plats avec buffet de fromage impressionnant) Petit-déjeuner (buffet) difficile de faire mieux. Parking à CHF 26.- la nuit, un peu exagère.

Nous avons séjourné au Lenkerhof gourmet and spa, le week end du 9 au 11.05.2025 pour célébrer nos 7 ans avec mon fiancé. L'expérience a été incroyable. Tant l'accueil à la réception, qu'au restaurant et au spa également. Le buffet du pdj était incroyable avec énormément de produits locaux, et le dîner au Spetacculo INCROYABLE. Super détente au spa, et un super cours de yoga pour tous les deux. Le bouillon au spa était excellent. Les chambres au top, avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Merci à tous pour votre service impeccable digne d'un hôtel 5 étoiles et digne d'un relais et châteaux.

Absolutely amazing place with the best staff. Everyone went above and beyond during our stay. Brilliant SPA area- kids can use facilities between 7.30-17.30, which is fantastic. High quality breakfast, beautiful, spotless clean room (Junior Suite) with amazing views. Looking to book again already! I really wish they has proper coffee in lobby bar (made by barista not one click machine)
