房間為翻新的房間，樓下KTV吵**，中午午休還有施工電轉吵**，打電話前台説退房快時間到了要退房，不然加收房費，我打電話給你解決午休噪音，你給我説退房時間要到了，問那是不是解決不了，回答無法解決。切橙子後用搽手毛巾搽手，説橙子搞到毛巾上了要收清洗費10元，一年住酒店半年，我真是第一次碰到這種服務。太強悍了。
