My room was great, with a nice view and a delicious breakfast. It was clean, and the international sockets were a convenient touch. However, my little brother had an issue with the air conditioning in his room—it wasn't cooling at all. He reported the problem to the front desk, and they came to check but claimed that this was the normal temperature for all rooms. Yet, my room was cold, and his was hot! Despite asking for a room change, they didn't offer any alternatives. As a result, he ended up sleeping in my room since it was cooler. We paid for two rooms but only used one, which was disappointing. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this 4-star hotel due to poor service.

Great location and aceess to the city central

Spent several days here. It's a clean accommodation. There is a mosque next to the rooms and the room is quite noisy when people talking outside. But I liked the close location to Asia Africa. Lots of shops outside.

Lokasi best, dekat ke jalan Asia Afrika , Braga , dan alun alun cukup jalan kaki. Dekat Indomaret dan Alfamart dan banyak kulineran sekitar hotel

Hotel ini menjadi penyelamat saat sy terjebak dihotel serem Collection O Lembang Near Dusun Bambu Lembang (hotel serem gak layak jual, walo harga super murah) Thank you hotel capsule mypod room bandung. Staff ramah & sigap, wifi lancar, kamar, toilet bersama & kamar mandi bersih. Disediakan minuman teh kopi sepanjang hari bisa buat sendiri & roti. Lokasi dekat dari tempat makanan jajanan pinggir jalan dan restauran. Cocok unt backpacker yg jalan sendiri
