See good and clean reviews, but honestly.. I speak up like this to make it better.
The toilet inside is yellow, it smells too.
I'm on the 9th floor, there are some dirty plates in front of other rooms that since I arrived TI on the 31st noon, until the next day they haven't been picked up. The swimming pool is also dirty. Maybe there are many visitors.
The refrigerator doesn't work, I brought food and it went stale. I only realized the next day when I wanted to eat it, I couldn't anymore.
Even though the location is nice, there are many culinary places too.

The refrigerator is not cold... the AC is not cold enough and noisy, luckily the air is cold...
The bathroom drainage is clogged so the water collects when you take a shower...
