Excelente experiência! Tivemos uma ótima hospedagem, o hotel tem uma boa estrutura física, um café da manhã completo, delicioso e farto! O atendimento é excelente de toda equipe ! Tudo que solicitei fui atendida prontamente ! Ficamos muito satisfeitos !! Eu só pontuaria sobre o cheiro de fritura que invadia o quarto que ficamos (nº40) logo cedo pela manhã ! O quarto ficava acima da cozinha do hotel! Acredito que uma coifa na cozinha resolva esse incômodo !!

Het verblijf was op zich prima. Goed verzorgd ontbijt. Bediening en het eten bij het restaurant was redelijk.
We waren wel teleurgesteld in gebrek aan meebewegen/coulant zijn toen wij door vluchtvertraging een dag later aan kwamen dan gepland. We hebben nog wel zoals geboekt 2 nachten verbleven, alleen dus een dag later. Zodra de vertraging bekend was, hebben we het hotel hiervan geïnformeerd. Helaas moesten we voor deze niet genoten nacht toch de volle mep betalen.

Hotel muito bom , bem localizado e com atendimento excelente, so uma dica é importante ter alguem para ajudar subir as malas para quem se hospeda na 1 andar, e me senti encomodado com cheiro de esgoto no banheiro que é muito forte, mas recomendo o hotel

O hotel muito legal e o atendimento dos funcionários excelente. O restaurante do hotel é o melhor, comida de primera... Está entre as melhores comidas que provei em Lençois. O atendimento na piscina também foi muito bom, os drinks e petiscos.

Tive problemas no apartamento numero 47, desde o primeiro dia, água sem pressão na torneira e principalmente no chuveiro sem condições de banho no caso, para as mulheres de cabelos longos quase impossível. Para piorar ocorreu falta do fornecimento de água em dois dias, parte do Hotel tinha e outros quartos, tive que tomar banho no andar inferior pois fiquei sem agua no apartamento.

Viagem de Réveillon em família. A festa de réveillon foi maravilhosa! Organizaram muito bem! Hotel com atendimento excelente, culinária ótima, quartos amplos e bem limpos. A paisagem do hotel é bem bonita. Localização muito boa também. Caminhada de 10 minutos e está no centro da cidade. Não ser tão perto do centro é ótimo pois fica longe do barulho noturno. Experiência incrível! Vamos voltar!
