Bukit Vipassana Hotel

Hmmm.. staying for 1 night is already very stressful. First, the room does not have air conditioning, but is given 1 stand fan. At night if the window is closed it feels stuffy and not cold. The bathroom doors and ceramics are moldy. For good service, we complained that the bed sheets had a lot of hair and dirt, they immediately brought new sheets to replace them (Question: are the sheets not replaced after the previous guest stayed?). The employees are friendly. Like one of the fan units that didn't work, they quickly brought a replacement that could be used. Once it was already night because that day was tired from carrying the car for hours because of the traffic jam, finally at 6 pm we were ready to go to bed. But at 7 pm we started to hear the sound of furniture being dragged hard until 11 pm without stopping. If there is an event, please don't drag the chairs and tables. What's wrong with lifting it, because the building is very, very quiet. And it can be heard every hour until 2 am. If it were me, I would not come back to stay because I could not sleep at all. Plus: the only good thing is the view in the morning. Because I could not sleep because it was so noisy, either from the room above me or the room next to mine, so I sat until morning looking out the window. I stayed on the 6th floor.

Clean place, close to everywhere, big bed, friendly reception, all staff are friendly

The place is nice, clean, but the service is lacking
