I had a few small issues, but Azeri Marcano handled them immediately. She was always pleasant and welcoming to all of the guests. She seemed to take pride in doing a great job.

In town to visit a friend and very few choices in this actual town. After spending a lot of time reading reviews this seemed to be the best out of the choices. First impression the minute you walk in you’re hit with an overwhelming smell of mold and as You get close to the check in counter you can see they have a leak coming from the ceiling and. A bucket to catch the water. It’s clearly been there for some time without fixing to get a smell that strong. Checking in was smooth and easy , as we were waiting for the elevator we had to kill a giant cockroach that walked out of the little food market they have there. Our room was on the 3rd floor. Room appeared mostly clean. There were a few stains on the bedding and nothing smelled fresh. Towels were dingy and old same for the sheets. Shower towels were slightly larger than a hand towel and only 3 for a room that slept 4. The shower curtain smelled absolutely awful with a musty mold and had nasty hair stuck to it from the last guests. Many of the doors had these little orange signs that said due to low staff they couldn’t clean the rooms. The one cleaning person we did see didn’t even have a vacuum. Ac on the wall was set to 62 and yet temp in the room was 78. We had to open the panel on the AC and use those buttons to get it to work so if you actually stay here keep that in mind. There are no draws to store clothes but there was a closet with zero hangers. Pros- lighting was good in the room, room was pretty big. Beds were terrible. Ac worked great when we figured out how to use the panel, decent parking lot size and it’s located near food and stores. Room has a small fridge and microwave. Overall I’d give this a 3 out of 10. To dirty to ever come back, and way overpriced for the quality.
