這次入住體驗太棒了！特別要感謝前台姓楊的美女！從進門就感受到她真誠的微笑和親切的態度，辦理手續非常高效。更令人驚喜的是她看我們帶着孩子，幫我們免費升級房型！這真是意想不到的福利，太暖心了！還有門口的保安大叔，遠遠看到我們的車進來立即上前指揮。指令清晰，態度友善，為本酒店工作人員的專業素養點贊！謝謝你們太棒了！真是一次非常美好的酒店體驗，也是初來雷州留給我們美好又温暖記憶。感謝🙏

因為住店三天，辦理續住一次，所以能跟大家多分享體驗。
如果從評價酒店的四個項目中獲得滿意點評的應該就是服務，顧客與酒店的任何一位員工接觸互動時都能直接影響顧客對酒店的印象。本次入住的三天中所感受到她們温馨殷勤的服務態度，從問侯倒茶、到提醒用餐、添衣、打傘等等都體現出來。
設施和衞生項目都挺好。值得分享的一個小細節中看到酒店的用心。（可參考空調的那一張圖片）
至於房間裏環境這方面就有一點改進的空間。
