萊感受雷州的元宵節，就近原則選了這個酒店。放好行李後就出去了，朋友洗了個澡。在外突然兩個人都全身起紅疹（圖片僅一部分）身體其餘區域不好po圖，情況是這個情況。
跟酒店前台説，退房，換酒店。沒要求退錢了已經，好聲好氣説，你算個鐘點房吧（相當於衹是退50，並且是需要賠償的問題，已經作為消費者而言給你受益，大過年不想吵。）被前台以“晚上沒鐘點房”為由而拒絕。衹給出方案“換房可以”……你意思是我覺得你衞生差並且環境已導致不適，你覺得是可以給你多一次機會去其他房間再被蟲子咬一頓罵。
不退，沒關係，軟柿子也可以不軟。

黑店，服務挺差，特別是離店時按金全部不退，房卡不見時，到前台説明情況，前台給補卡説了要另外交五十元按金，當時強調説了是按金是能退回的，離店時沒搞到任何房間設施，也將房卡交回前台了，卻拒絕退回按金。要扣五十，為何當場不説明是賠償卡五十元。給補卡説了五十是按金到最後離店把卡交回卻拒絕退還按金，溝通無果，態度惡劣，以這樣的服務態度面對客人，請避坑這間黑家酒店！體驗感最差的一家酒店！

門口不給停車，直接吆喝着趕走！説酒店幾百個房間，門口就幾個車位。
