房間有發黴的味道，玻璃不怎麼隔音，有點嘈雜，二樓舞廳，三樓桌球室，4樓居然是政府辦公室，5-7是賓館，8樓是洗腳城，真心佩服雷州的公務員是出淤泥而不染的

很少專門評價，但是實在是太差的體驗了。停車位少，半夜兩點下樓挪車，房間一開始進去是鐘點房剛打掃完衞生，地是濕的被子上還有鞋印。後來換了一間，臨街非常的吵，衞生條件不如同價位其他城市的房間

給半星是因為最少衹能半星，想睡個好覺的趕緊避雷，2樓酒吧蹦迪音樂開到凌晨兩三點這事先不計較，然後晚上床底會有老鼠和蟑螂跑出來一起蹦迪小卡片更是十連抽十連抽的來
