環境是可以的，但是有個阿姨天天早上十點鐘打電話，聲音超級大，很吵，還有幾天裝修，一大早就開始了吵的人休息不好

訂的單間，但是到了前台老闆告訴我沒有單間了，衹有標間，我行李太多所以也懶得再另找地方了，但是所有標間都是靠馬路的，在三樓，就算把窗户關上，外面的聲音也吵得要命，吵得我一晚上沒睡好，就算高架旁的房子都沒那麼吵，真的很不開心

房間大小還可以，也比較乾淨衞生，但周邊環境和房間沒施一般。價格不貴，物有所值。

老闆非常熱情，服務員態度也非常好！位置優越，距離西湖景區很近。房價親民，就是設施不夠完善，沒有電梯，房價插線板都集中在電視劇傍一個地方，床前僅提供USB接口使用效果差，而沒有插座。太不合理了。
