設施問題:浴室太小，WiFi會自動斷開，投影不清晰
服務問題:攜程上是點了延遲三點退房的，結果客房還是在倆點前打電話過來問了我們是否續房，打擾我們休息，衞生阿姨也是，一點多搞衞生就搞出很大動靜，聽是説抱怨現在客人都搞成3點鐘退房了，自己等下要十點鐘才能下班了，擱那大聲喧嘩抱怨，我6:21打前台電話，説送倆瓶水上來，她們是衞生阿姨還沒上班要八點鐘，我説行 你幫我記錄一下，8點上班後讓她送到我門口，我女朋友當時口渴的很了，結果我9點醒來還是沒有送水上來，於是前又打電話，前台又説好，收費我也沒意見，還是處理不到位，我聽到阿姨在外面搗鼓東西親自開門去問阿姨，説幫我拿倆瓶水過來，她才送過來，然後我説退房的時候去前台結賬，阿姨説好，結果過了二十分鐘左右阿姨又來敲門，真的是不讓人睡覺了，拿着個二維碼就過來問要錢，説前台讓拿過來的，要求現在付，無奈我又回去拿手機付錢，你們酒店真的是不讓人睡覺，最後退房的時候，我女朋友生病不舒服，行動不方便，阿姨又來敲門説前台打電話給我，我不出來？前台什麼時候打電話給我了，只有一次倆點之前的電話，我説沒有愛
啊 然後電話這個時候才響起，我接了電話説正在穿衣服，很快了，阿姨才走開，最後我3.15出門，我承認延誤了你們酒店15分鐘是我不對，但不至於這樣來羞辱顧客，幹擾顧客，影響顧客休息，説實話我女朋友不舒服，我即使超時一個小時我付超時費不行嗎？
