Springfield Hotel

Room was really nice, everything was clean. We were served by Nader who made sure we had every we needed and kept everything in order.

Excellent service from Nader. I have been booking hotel but Springfield is a lot better. Nader made our staying so very satisfying.

The hotel was well decorated for Christmas. The bar was warm and comfortable and service was excellent. I enjoyed the special which was bacon and cabbage served with stuffing, parsley sauce mash and vegetables. It was hot, well presented and tasty.

It’s been about 10 years since I have stayed at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised with the upgrade the hotel got looks so modern inside really nice decor, we were greeted at reception by a very polite male member of staff and we were delighted to get a complimentary upgrade our room was beautiful very comfortable and spotless clean. All the staff we engaged with were very pleasant and nothing was a problem that’s from reception to house keeping and again at dinner and breakfast very good customer service all round, I will definitely go back also the food at dinner and the breakfast was lovely

Check-in was very quick with 2 key cards provided. We stayed in a family room with a double bed and 2 singles. The room was very big with space for a round table and 2 chairs in the middle of the room. All hotel information provided on a QR code which led to an online booklet with information listed alphabetically…very intuitive. Our room was in the second floor and extremely quiet. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well. Tea and coffee facilities provided with biscuits. Bathroom toiletries were handwash, body wash and shampoo & conditioner. Buffet breakfast was excellent: juices, water, continental cheese and meat selection, cereals, fresh fruit, proper Greek yogurt, seeds and dried fruits, honey/maple syrup, gluten free cereal, granola (delicious), and breads. Hot buffet included 10 different items such as fried and scrambled eggs, hash browns, fried mushrooms and tomatoes, baked beans, black and white puddings, bacon and sausages. Coffee machine offering usual selection as well as tea and herbal teas were also on offer. Everything was self-service including toast. We thought the breakfast offering was superb! We also had a 2 course dinner included in our rate and it did not disappoint. We shared a chicken wing starter, then had roasted salmon (delicious), chicken supreme and chicken and vegetable noodle stir fry followed by a chocolate brownie and white chocolate cheesecake. All four looked and tasted fantastic and we wouldn’t think twice about eating in the restaurant again. There are 2 bus stops within a 2 minute walk outside the hotel with only a route C3 bus (40 min bus ride) to the centre of Dublin. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return again….in fact, looking to rebook for November!

Held a celebration event here the weekend and the service we received was impeccable. From initially booking to the day of hosting, the communication was brilliant. Kieran (manager) on the day could not do anymore to make sure the day was running as smooth as possible, constant check-ins to ask if he could anything for us and no extra request to him was an issue. We went with the finger food option, it was delicious! Everyone had a brilliant time.
