3-Star Hotels in Leipzig

There are some excellent things about this hotel, but some serious and, frankly, bogus problems. The rooms are quiet and the beds are comfortable, and breakfast is sufficient. The location is excellent. The drawbacks are that when we checked in, we were charged a higher rate for breakfast than when had had booked the hotel three months ago, (when I booked it was 13,50 and now it is 15,50) and no explanation was offered for this. Additionally, we stayed for four nights, and no housekeeping was performed during that time because, we were told, the money was being “sent to needy children.” This is ridiculous. We spent nearly 1000 Euros for our family to stay at this hotel, and we didn’t know that in exchange for housekeeping services, we would be told that our money was being offered to charity. It’s kind of insulting to a family on holiday being told “these children need it” (which is what the receptionist told us) when we are spending our hard-earned money for our hotel, which should include a stocked bathroom, trash removal, and basic cleaning. Since there was no housekeeping, and the trash bins are tiny in the bedroom, our trash piled up and our room stank. Additionally, the toilet is already stained in this new facility, likely due to this policy of not cleaning every day. We received additional towels when we requested them, but we had to hunt down a maid for toilet paper. I understand the eco-hotel culture of not putting out fresh towels everyday, but trash needs to be removed, basic housekeeping performed, and toilet paper restocked without our asking for it. I’m all for giving to charity, but we shouldn’t be forced in a weird transaction at check-in on holiday to be told that our money is being sent to needy children instead of cleaning the facility where we have spent our vacation money. I wouldn’t stay at one of this chain again, and I won’t recommend it to friends or travel clients until they change their policy and perform basic housecleaning daily.

Great location, new hotel, breakfast is ok, drinks at the bar are expensive, big enough rooms, the staff is young and friendly, sometimes makes an insecure impression. Gladly again

Our family of 4 adults stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in the middle of July. The hotel room has two bunk beds, which worked well for us, but might be a problem for some families. The room was big and had a central air conditioning, which - after some adjustments - worked for us. The cleaning prior to our arrival was good. The bathroom and the water flow were excellent. It would be great to be able to connect your own USB-memory to watch some of our own movies on TV together, but this was not possible. Our major disappointment was with the breakfast. We found the choice of foods rather limited and some of them uneatable. In our view, a larger choice of fresh fruits, berries, and pastries would help. The parking lot was next to the hotel in a separate building (bus station parking) and there were always plenty of places. The daily price is reasonable, when taking into account the central location, and the hotel provides an additional small discount. The hotel is located in the city center, which is good to reach restaurants and downtown attractions.

It takes about eight minutes to walk from the central station. It is very close to the center, so it is a good location for travelers. The building looks old, but the interior facilities are very tidy and new. The room is very spacious, not only 4 beds, but also a large space in the middle, so it's really good to use the space. The unfortunate thing is that you have to pay for the towel and borrow it. The shower booth in the bathroom is slippery. It feels like it's watery because it's not cleaned? I think it would be nice to clean the bathroom right away! Overall it was a very satisfying accommodation! The only picture is the kitchen ㅎㅎ

This place really felt like home! Although a bit far from the downtown square, there's many resources downstairs. Staff attitude is very reasonable and the room felt cozy and homely. Highly recommended for people who want a family feeling.

Yes, the room is big, two rooms. There are kitchen cabinets and consoles, but not cooking. The price is very high, the bus station is opposite the hotel, there are supermarkets, gas stations, bakery nearby... life is very convenient. It is worth mentioning that the price of gas at the gas station here is very cheap, about 15% cheaper than the service area

Fantastic Motel One Standard, how to get it used to. 👍🏼 The rooftop bar is sensationally beautiful with great views of the house of laundry, opera and the old town. Nice and previous service. 🍹 The location of the hotel super, also in the hotel's own deep garage there was room. Otherwise the Q-Park Augustus Square is directly opposite. 🅿️ At breakfast a large selection of fresh (bio) products and a beautiful relaxed atmosphere. Check in and out also uncomplicated, as always super.

The service is great, very, very good. Everything is clean and comfortable. In the hallway, you sometimes hear other people's voices, but you can't hear any sounds that I think are great in the neighbors of the room. You can change towels as needed, and you can also use a hairdryer. I don’t think the mattress is very comfortable, but I think it’s not a problem for a few nights. Simply great. I would love to come again!
