Leipzig Hotels with Bars

We were going to a gig at the nearby Haus Ansee and this was the closest hotel. Wonderful receptionist on Sat and Sunday morning who was so helpful! We managed to check in early(not guaranteed)and the room was lovely and comfortable. The parking garage for our hire car worked well and we left it when we got the tram into town. Cannot fault the breakfast at all and just generally all the service we received. Nothing not to like except I miss a tea/coffee tray but maybe this isn’t something that happens in bc Grr we nan hotels. Don’t hesitate….value for money! Standard chain store configuration, although the parking lot is expensive, it is still more convenient. There are some commercial facilities opposite the hotel, but if you want to eat Chinese food, you have to walk a little distance. The hotel's suites are good value for money, it is worth recommending. The breakfast is all cold food. Fortunately, I asked the waiter to order fried eggs and gave small gifts to the children.

I recently stayed at Felix Ribendigen House Suites at Plaza Augustus and have a few thoughts to share about the experience. The hotel's location is very good, but there is room for improvement in terms of service. advantage: Location: The hotel is located near Augustus Square, in the city center, surrounded by many attractions, shops and restaurants, making travel very convenient. Many major attractions and public transport hubs are within walking distance. Room comfort: The hotel's suites are modern in design, spacious, fully equipped and very comfortable. Especially suitable for travelers who stay for a long time, the equipment and furniture in the room are very practical. View: Some rooms in the hotel overlook Piazza Augustus, and the view is very beautiful. Whether it's day or night, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the city. insufficient: Inefficient front desk: The front desk is inefficient when it comes to check-in and check-out procedures. The waiting time in line was long and the processing speed was slow, which affected the overall check-in experience. Service quality: The hotel's service needs to be improved. The front desk staff sometimes seemed unfriendly and lacked enthusiasm and initiative when dealing with problems. The response speed of room service also needs to be improved, sometimes it takes multiple reminders to get a response. Overall, Felix Ribendigan House Suites at Plaza Augustus has a great location and comfortable rooms for travelers who want to enjoy convenient transportation and beautiful views in the city center. However, there is still room for improvement in front desk efficiency and overall service quality, and I hope the hotel can improve in this area to provide a better stay experience.

Great location, new hotel, breakfast is ok, drinks at the bar are expensive, big enough rooms, the staff is young and friendly, sometimes makes an insecure impression. Gladly again

The hotel room is modernly furnished. I personally missed a small refrigerator and a coffee/tea maker on the rooms. The spa area is very beautiful although the pool water is quite cold. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Cleanness is also good. However, personally, I have scared the extremely used feeding service. Such a feeding service to the guest is far from the management. This needs to be urgently amended.

We stayed in a suite for 4 people. The bathroom and separate toilet are perfectly adequate. However, there are not enough power outlets in the bathroom and there are not enough in the room itself. The breakfast buffet was delicious, varied and fresh. There were only a few places to sit if you go for breakfast during peak times.

The hotel is close to the railway station and the city centre. After checking in you can receive tickets for the city transport service. Every important monument is walking distance and the city is lovely. The staff, especially at reception, is lovely. There are also check-in machines that will help you register and will print your key cards. I’m not a fan of carpet but the room was perfectly clean with a nice bathroom. The bathroom was tiny but with all that was needed. There’s also a nice luggage rack, unfortunately only one in a room for two, but it’s spacious. We appreciated the complimentary waters.

The environment is very good. The location can also go to the Leipzig Zoo. It is a few minutes drive. It is Sunday. The nearby shops are closed. It is not easy to find. The hotel bathtub is very good. The toiletries are also very good. The little brother at the door is very handsome.
