The black lady at the front desk was very warm and friendly. She waived the second person's check-in fee for us and changed us to a larger family suite for free. The Chinese lady at the front desk was also very nice when we checked out the next day. The hotel is very close to the airport, subway, and car rental company's car rental and return point. The facilities are average but quiet enough. It is enough to sleep for one night. I highly recommend it to friends who need to stay at Stuttgart Airport.

Maybe it's just the Germany culture, the hotel staff are rather cold and unenthusiastic. I can't say they are unhelpful because that wouldn't be true, they did help me with everything perfectly, but since I just came from two countries with much more passionate services (USA and France), the stillness here is like a mild cultural shock. Nobody ever greets you or smiles at you, I guess I need to learn and adapt. Also don't bother calling them after a certain time in the evening because nobody will answer, if you need anything you need to get down to the lobby yourself. The room is spacious and reasonably clean, 2mins walk from the airport. The lack or absence of charging outlet is slightly annoying, generally this is a worthy business hotel for busy short term travellers since the location is strategically advantageous, just don't come here if you are here for leisure with family and friends.

Hotel well located, easy access to the airport and from the central station. The room was clean. The street is really noisy, but you can’t hear it with the closed window. You’ll find a lidl within 5min walk. The bad point is that the staff was not friendly, and even a bit rude.
