Premier Inn Leicester City Centre

Lovely stay, staff very helpful, when we came down to get a drink before we left, we needed the sofa bed making up and the nice receptionist said she would be up to sort that out while we went out to meet friends for food. Breakfast was plentiful and hot we will stay here again.

As soon as I came inside the door I had such a beautiful smell fresh waiting for me. I had Alex and Natalie welcoming me 2 of the members of staff explain to me what is happening and how everything works in the hotel. The rooms are beautiful and they take such a good care of them. The food is amazing everytime I felt the hotel after going to the restaurant I always left the hotel with my belly full. The bathrooms are very clean I’ve never seen such a good cleaned bathrooms In my whole life. I loved it there!!

Clean, friendly staff, really helpful all the time. Great location and comfy rooms. I stay all the time for work and always have a perfect stay. The staff are very helpful especially Naomi. This is my go to premier inn I will always stay here when I come to Leicester for work.

One of the best stays, Top marks for Sabrina. Being welcomed with a smile and politeness She also remembered me from her housekeeping days and asked if I’d like my extra towel and coffee pods. I came down for food and to my surprise Sabrina and i think I heard her call the manager Nic were the only two down there running between the reception,restaurant and bar were doing a great job they must have been short staffed but they never seemed to keep anyone waiting long and always apologised and kept their smiles. The food was hot and the steak was cooked just right. The plus rooms aren’t kept to the same standard as previous years there were two housekeepers always on those floors Sabrina and a woman with long hair and glasses who always did my room clean requests and left the extras I’d like for my room. I think the stairs could do with a hoover I walked down from 8th floor and they just seemed to have bits and dust on all the way down all in all my stay was great and I will continue to use this hotel for work and the welcoming I receive.
