帶着小孩子去住的，就因為小孩子在床上弄臟了一點，就要重新扣除衞生費，又不是洗不掉 而且是房間三天沒打擾的情況下，合著去住宿我們還得小心翼翼 不能搞臟了了房間？？？？？

莫名其妙的，打掃衞生的沒把之前客人的房內消費算清楚，我退房的時候算在我頭上，這家酒店的管理有很大問題，保潔員辱罵客人，態度極其惡劣，還有本來就沒有平台上的房間了，卻還是掛在平台上，誘導消費者。
