店老闆把協議當兒戲，隨便改變預訂住房。訂的是20—35平方米的房間，實際安排的是18平方米的房間。訂的是標間，然而卻沒有毛巾浴巾等，也沒有衞生紙。還説，你不願意退你錢。對客人的態度極端惡劣。按預訂天數沒有住滿，含着憤怒提前離店。

百度地圖導航居然導錯了地方。車位比較少，豪華標間的衞生間裝修有問題，不應該有這樣的色圖片（如果是未成年人入住，影響太壞）。把酒店的檔次拉低成了“街邊柳巷”。所以我評分不會高

老闆很熱情，房間很乾凈，也蠻大的，酒店的魚肉很嫩很有彈性，從酒店前的庭院看過去就是馬湖風景，離湖邊很近，風景很好，空氣也很清新，對寵物友好，整體的感覺很棒，值得推薦
