The pool was very cold, not heated, never have I stayed at a hotel that had an indoor pool that was that cold. We chose your location because we were including our grandchildren for a vacation which part was to swim with them. It was too cold. This was also noticed by all of the guests that we talked to who only could use the jacuzzi since it was heated. I had told the staff through text when they asked how my stay was and they said that is standard, and they only heat to a certain level. I later asked if they could get approval for us to swim at one of their sister hotels and they said that was not possible unless we were staying at their hotel. I was in the hotel business for 5 years with Quality International so I am used to situations like this. Since we were staying multiple days I was asked if I wanted my room made up each day and I said yes, 1st day it was not done, and I had to ask and it was not done until 5pm.

I had a plan to go to Provo and used it as a night before.
All the staff were kind and I was able to spend comfortably.
However, the dust was noticeable in the room, and the soundproofing was almost non-existent, so the voices in the corridor could be heard.
However, I think it will still be a good hotel! I would like to use it again if there is an opportunity!

Front desk staff was very kind and courteous. Room at a first glance was clean, however, there were large dark dried liquid stains on the walls and the door that were just left by the cleaning crew. Would have been easy to simply wipe off, but they didn’t. Pretty gross.

Amazing stay..awesome facilities, nice rooms, great fireplace for chilling weather, great breakfast. Recreational area is awesome.

It was a fascinating time there as our truck broke down that day and we had to spend another day at the hotel. The staff was exceptionally helpful. Marissa, Jenny and Jodie could not have been more helpful.

The front desk staff were friendly, but they struggled with fulfilling specific requests like providing new bedding. It would have been better to have more experienced staff at the front desk.
The rooms were not well-maintained. There were handprints on the walls and headboards, as well as stained sheets and mattresses. We would have thought about changing hotels if there were other options available nearby.
