Good location and facilities. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is the best among similar hotels. However, reservation management is not done properly. Check-in was delayed because the hotel could not find reservation information. When I went to the assigned room, other people were already sleeping, and receiving a new room was not done immediately. The staff apologized for this and tried to kindly resolve the issue, but the reservation management process needs improvement.

Very satisfactory stay experience! ! Quiet, clean, bright, with a lot of space, the free breakfast is rich and hot, and there is a big outlet nearby with the brand north face! ! I left my bag at the hotel when I left the store. After calling the high-speed front desk, the staff handed me the bag as soon as I returned to the hotel. Nothing is missing from the bag. Thank you so much!

No hopspitality We stayed one night after a long ten hour drive to get some rest before our second trek back home. We finally got to sleep at ten pm, only to be awakened by a leak dripping from the ceiling next to our bed. The leak continued till approximately 4:30 am. We advised the asst manager of our dis-satisfaction with the room upon our checkout. The only concern she relayed to us was that we should of notified them so they could move us to another room. We explained we were too exhausted to get dressed and move our luggage waiting for domeone to move us. Then she proceeded to tell me that the leak had stopped. As if I cared about the hotels status. When pressing her about our horrible night she didnt seem to care, making no offer for a restay or refund for the experience. Not to mention I could not understand her as her accent was so heavy we struggled over every other word to make out what she was saying. These people have no idea how to handle customers or provide adequate apologies. Zero hospitality

This location seems new and everything was nice and clean. We were there for a volleyball tournament and almost our whole team stayed here, so we liked the tables and chairs in the lobby for our team to get together. The breakfast was decent and they even set it up 30 min early for us one day when we had to play early. I was disappointed that they didn’t have any waffles or pancakes but that’s a minor complaint. The room was well insulated and I didn’t hear much noise from other guests. There’s a bunch of restaurants nearby as well. Staff was friendly
