Hotel Milenium

Nous avons résidé deux fois dans cet hôtel en arrivant et en quittant la Pologne. Pour le premier séjour tout était au top. Chambre spacieuse, propre, confortable, bon wifi, super petit déjeuner. Pour le deuxième, la chambre était moins propre, nous sommes arrivés plus tard pour le petit déjeuner et il ne restait quasiment plus rien et aucun réassortiment n'a été fait ! L'hôtel n'a pas vraiment de charme mais est fonctionnel Nous y retournerions malgré tout car l'emplacement est pratique et le rapport qualité/prix correct Quand vous êtes côté rue le bruit des voitures sur les pavés le matin peut être gênant.

We were very happy with the hotel's spacious facilities and the parking lot for our car in the immediate vicinity. The same was true of our room: it was very large and well equipped. We slept well. The staff's behavior was a bit strange. The members of the groups who were guests were literally courted, while we as individuals were completely ignored. What was really annoying, however, was the great distance from the hotel to the center. The quality of the path leading into the city was particularly poor, as was its lighting. The price of our overnight stay was also incompatible with our style of travel.

The hotel is in a good location (near the motorway) and has its own, guarded parking lot. The rooms are quite large and on the whole everything is fine - it is clean everywhere. As in previous years, I have to complain that both the breakfast buffet and the staff have unfortunately deteriorated immensely. In my opinion, it is no longer worth 3 stars! Despite Covid and other circumstances, the breakfast is quite sparse. The juices are incredibly watered down, the water sprays out of the machine in all directions. The coffee machine always has some kind of problem. There is always a lack of milk. You really have to run after everything every time, which would be fine if it weren't for the absolutely unprofessional staff! 1. you are NEVER greeted 2. if you try to "catch" someone and express your wish, you get absolutely no feedback or answer, you are not even properly looked at. So you don't even know whether this person has understood you at all, because they just walk away without saying a word. You get what you want a while later. You always have to wait about 20 minutes for a soft-boiled egg. In the meantime, of course, you've already finished your breakfast... 3. The entire service staff dress in an absolutely impossibly short way and not appropriate for the job; an example: At breakfast, a lady walks around wearing a white miniskirt embroidered with a floral pattern that is far too short and a matching BELLY-BARING top. White sneakers too. Hopefully this lady was just a temp, because she couldn't even hold and serve a coffee properly. It was held with both hands, like a small child does. It was also impossible to tell whether all the other ladies who were serving were staff or guests. None of them gave the impression of being professional service staff. In general, no one ever says hello or asks if everything is OK, etc. This also creates a very unpleasant atmosphere. The breakfast room also lacks a bit of "love", because everything looks very bare and uninviting! See photos! At the reception we were greeted by only one young man, the rest of us just ignored us. Not just us - all the guests. You probably aren't important enough here. All these unpleasantnesses are of course only objective. In short: There is simply a clear lack of skilled workers here, or the employees need training on how to behave towards guests and how an employee should behave in a hotel! The worst part comes now, however, and is very personal; unfortunately, a gold chain was stolen from a locked makeup case. The hotel did not help us at all in this regard and did not even want to call the police. We were told that something like this had never happened here before and I replied that it had not happened to us either, and that it would have been

An establishment located at the entrance to the city, very helpful staff, who make the effort to speak our language. the rooms are very large and very clean, the bathroom is huge. the breakfast is very complete. an establishment where I will return.
