it was a really bad experience and we will never come here again. the room was so dirty and the carpet was so disgusting, the room smelled so ugly and old, the beds were so bad so we dont get much sleep, it was so cold all over so we had to sit with jackets on while we eat dinner. we had 3 small dogs with us and we usually pay for this but not 150 zl for 1 night. the only good thing was the park for our dogs.

Die Buchung des bereits bezahlten Zimmers wurde in der Nacht vor der Anreise vom Hotel gecancelt. Kein Wort des Bedauerns, kein Angebot, bei der Suche nach einer Alternative behilflich zu sein. So verbrachte ich den Morgen, der eigentlich für ein gemütliches Frühstück vorgesehen war, damit, eine andere Unterkunft zu finden und zu versuchen, mein Geld zurück zu bekommen. Erst nach Intervention von *********** entschuldigte sich das Hotel und bat mir eine (was die Bewertungen angeht nicht gleichwertige) Alternative an. Kein Wort zu den bereits geleisteten Zahlungen. Ich hatte das Hotel u.a. gebucht, weil die Kritiken die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals besonders hervorgehoben haben. Das kann ich in keiner Weise bestätigen. Fehler können passieren, dass das Hotel die dann aber erst ein paar Stunden vor Anreise bemerkt und lapidar mitteilt, ich solle doch einen Tag später kommen, ist schon bemerkenswert. Und noch ist offen, wie ich an mein Geld komme.

Very filthy place, stuff seems friendly but lazy as hell. Breakfast food was old and give me stomach pain. Villa it self is lovely but it's not worth to stay there, special for the price. No water in room just empty glasses, no socket next to bed, TV didn't work. Do you self a favour and book different hotel.
