Good hotel overall. Unfortunately the room was very dark with no sunlight. The main problem was with the hot water which worked intermittently between a very hot temperature and a very cold temperature. Very good and assorted breakfast.

Hotel davvero molto bello, hall elegante e funzionale, camere spaziose e dotate di tutti i comfort. Colazione ricca e sfiziosa (dolce e salato), servizio ristorante top (professionalità ed efficienza del personale di sala straordinari), posizione perfetta, parcheggio comodissimo. Due nei: connessione wi-fi pessima (grave punto debole per chi viaggia per lavoro) e A/C in camera impossibile da regolare. Per questo motivo non si possono dare 5 stelle, ma resta comunque un albergo top. Consigliato.

Per due volte in otto mesi sono stato ospite di questo hotel per varie notti , scelto per la sua posizione comoda per recarsi alla LIUC di Castellaza , e devo dire che mi sono trovato benissimo per comodità e praticità, anche del personale.Non so se vale veramente le 4 stelle , ma nel rapporto qualità prezzo, merita veramente. Gentilezza ed educazione da tutto lo staff .

I stayed with my family in the junior suite, I had a very good time, at check in the guy at the reception was very helpful and showed us all the services, the room was clean, well equipped and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of sweet and savory products, I particularly appreciated the choice of fruit juices, fresh fruit and fruit salad. They sent us to this hotel after canceling our flight to India. Well maintained and clean facility, it's a pity that the staff who managed the breakfast and lunch room, in particular a young girl, were truly rude and arrogant towards some foreign guests who, like us, were there after having spent a troubled night in due to the flight being canceled at the last minute. They were not served their meal because they arrived in the dining room 20 minutes after the established time... complete with disrespectful words towards them. Episodes of true arrogance that should never occur and are not expected from a 4 star hotel. I sincerely hope that the roles of the staff within the structure will be revisited and that a serious work of "humanization" will be carried out towards them.

Stayed overnight during the host fair; spacious, nice and clean room. Dated common spaces and poor breakfast. Bar closed on weekends. To reach the space dedicated to breakfast you have to cross an almost external area with inevitable changes in temperatures.
