Stayed for 4 nights, wonderful staff who knew both English and Italian. Allowed us to check in early. Room was clean and everything worked, the shower 'lever' to switch between the hose and ceiling shower was a bit stuck though, so was really hard to pull. Restaurant food was tasty. I also bought some ready meals from the nearby grocery store (4 min walk away) and the restaurant staff prepped them for me free of charge (they even served the meals on proper plates and added herbs/spices). Great hotel and friendly staff.

Good hotel overall. Unfortunately the room was very dark with no sunlight. The main problem was with the hot water which worked intermittently between a very hot temperature and a very cold temperature. Very good and assorted breakfast.

Ho ricevuto in regalo un massaggio ed un trattamento viso presso la spa del Palace Hotel 4 Stelle di Legnano e ho usufruito del trattamento circa una settimana fa. È stata un’esperienza davvero rilassante. La ragazza, Francesca, che mi ha seguito è stata molto professionale e competente, riuscendo fin da subito a mettermi a mio agio, nonostante non sia solita fare questo tipo di trattamenti. I prodotti utilizzati erano di ottima qualità e molto piacevoli sulla pelle. In particolare, durante il trattamento viso, sono stati applicati prodotti con profumazioni al caffè e al cacao/cioccolato, che hanno reso l’intera esperienza ancora più coinvolgente grazie alla dimensione sensoriale e olfattiva. Un momento di vero benessere e di rigenerazione sia del corpo sia della mente che, soprattutto da mamma di due bimbi piccoli, consiglio vivamente!

Siamo stati in questo Hotel per cure alla clinica di fronte. Personale molto giovane cordiale e disponibile. Camera accogliente ,pulita , accessoriata ,purtroppo troppo calda ed il termostato non funzionava, i canali TV compreso Sky non corrispondevano alla lista presente . Colazione internazionale classica , no prodotti del territorio.cos Abbiamo usufruito della SPA benessere ma molto deludente, molto rumorosa la piscina e poco illuminato il fondo col rischio di cadute dagli scalini, le porte sempre aperte e la zona relax , oltre ad essere buia e scivolosa causa parecchia acqua sul pavimento, era rumorosa. Le ragazze erano molto attente a parlare tra di loro anziché al cliente, ho richiesto una tisana calda ma non era disponibile tranne 2 succhi . Consiglio l' albergo e meno la Spa da rivedere il servizio e gli ambienti .

Siamo stati alla SPA dell'hotel. Esperienza eccezionale. Dall'accoglienza del personale alla pulizia impeccabile degli ambienti tutti rinnovati dove ogni dettaglio è stato curato. Particolarmente apprezzati la grande piscina con idromassaggi, la sauna e il bagno turco, e la professionalità e attenzione con cui siamo stati seguiti. L'atmosfera tranquilla e la qualità dei servizi offerti giustificano pienamente il prezzo pagato. Consiglio vivamente questa spa a chi cerca un'oasi di benessere.
