Il faut l admettre c est 2 fois moins cher que l hôtellerie du ferret…pour autant, c est tout de même 180€ la nuitée et à ce prix, même le cap ferret ne justifie pas l absence du minimum syndical en matière hôtelière : pas de climatisation ( ventilateur rouillé bruyant), moisissures dans la chambre ( nous avons exigé d en changer) , salle de bain indigente ! ( cabine plastique d un formule 1 avec tache de rouille partout), lit en 140 mou, ménage des chambres pendant la sieste à 15h…et les nuits plus que bruyantes: transfo et cuisine juste en dessous…insonorisation absente - sans compter les vibrations qd le petit train passe . Pour être honnête, le petit dej est correcte et l hôtel très bien situé . Mais le prix n est pas pour autant justifié . Bref, l hôtellerie c’est un métier et la bonhommie du patron ne suffit pas. C est vraiment hors de prix pour ce que c est.

Très mauvais rapport qualite/prix. Une salle de bain minuscule avec des endroits rouillés, comme d'ailleurs le ventilateur. Rideau et table de chevet abimes, chambre vieillotte sans décor. Un petit déjeuner passable.

Cours passage au Cap Ferret pour une nuit. Une chambre agréable, petite mais tout à fait correcte . Un propriétaire bienveillant et enthousiaste, le personnel sympathique et à l'écoute. L'océan est vraiment à proximité (à pied) , 5 mn de l'embarcadère également et du centre. Petit déjeuner très correct. Franchement, je partais sur des à priori, repartie ravie et enthousiaste pour une prochaine escapade. Merci à Patrick ( big Boss) pour sa bonne humeur et sa bienveillance. 👍🥳☺️

A cute little cafe close to the beach and literally on the track of Le Petit Train (which sadly wasn’t operating in early June). This was really popular with diners and they kindly allowed us to sit in the dining area and the seats allocated for drinks were in full sun. We only had coffee however were warmly welcomed and when we left a tip, the horn which looked as if it was from a 1920’s car was blasted. Great welcome, service and location. Pop in and give the Pavilion a try.

Hôtel très modeste, salle de bain et douche très petites. Endroit bruyant le soir, pas de parking, stationnement difficile les jours de forte fréquentation. Seuil de porte de douche rouillé et endommagé.

There is only limited street parking available. In line with the very reasonable price I paid for a one night stay in late April, the room was small with a comfortable bed. Bathroom facility and shower in particular were very poor. Small round plastic shower with a flimsy shower curtain and rusting frame on the outside id the shower.
