We had a great stay in a wonderful apartment. We came as a couple and had a smaller one, but there are also apartments for up to seven persons available, and all are equipped with everything you may need, and decorated with love. But it wouldn't be the same without Mrs. Vaso's welcoming, friendly and always helpful personality. Besides of the cleanest apartment we ever had with a nice balcony (with view to the Aegean and the nearby mountains and olive and pine trees), Vaso also knew where to go to eat delicious meals. Fully recomendable to anyone!!

Το καλοκαίρι του '21 μας ακύρωσαν (επικαλούμενοι ανυπόστατες δικαιολογίες περί μέτρων κατά της COVID19) κράτηση που είχαμε κάνει μήνες πριν, μόλις 6 μέρες πριν την προγραμματισμένη μας άφιξη, σχεδόν καταστρέφοντας διακοπές που περιμέναμε έναν χρόνο. Αν επιμένετε να μείνετε στο εν λόγω κατάλυμα, σας συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα να κάνετε κράτηση μέσω πλατφόρμας και όχι μέσω του καταλύματος.

Siamo stati in questo hotel dal 26 al 31 luglio.La struttura è molto carina e il posto è veramente incantevole. La proprietaria è una persona disponibilissima, molto gentile e attenta alle esigenze del cliente. Ottima la pulizia della stanza ogni giorno e soprattutto apprezzatissimo il cambio asciugamani ogni 2 giorni! Ci ritorneremo volentieri!

Seit 8 Jahren kommen wir hierher. Vaso ist eine unglaublich freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Apartments sind so sauber, dass man vom Boden essen könnte. Jeden Tag wird gründlichst geputzt! Die Betten sind super bequem, was hier eine Seltenheit ist. Es ist ruhig. Es gibt Gelsengitter vor den Fenstern und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Es fehlt an nichts.

This is an extremely unfair host - canceled my paid reservation just a few days before check-in for non-existent reasons. The reservation was made more than 6 months in advance and apparently the price was no longer satisfactory for him. He caused me a lot of inconvenience while on vacation, but I'm glad I found a better hotel and we had a great time. I would never trust such a person! This was my first disappointment in 12 years of holidays in Greece.

I work in the holiday home sector and I understand when a structure deserves it: at the Miraluna I found an awareness of customer service. Excellent structure, quiet location and rooms with maximum comfort. Excessive cleanliness with frequent provision of towels and change of sheets . Mrs. Vasso (the manager) is an excellent, pleasant person, always available with advice. It was a dream holiday...we leave with tears in our eyes for what we leave behind...I dream of returning.

We booked a room for two people at the facility a month before departure, as well as the transfer to and from the airport, paid the amount due and received the voucher from the agency to present at the facility upon arrival as proof of the booking.
