What a lovely hotel and staff! The hotel is very well run, spotless, with beautiful grounds, constant hot water, nice rooms, very friendly and helpful staff and the most amazing owner, George, who went above and beyond to help us and make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. He made sure we had all we needed, got us stuff from the supermarket, gave us free drinks when we arrived late, and many other things. There was water there for sale cheaper than in the shops. I cannot fault the hotel at all. It is also really close to the beach. Over the road and down a short track and you're there on a beautiful beach. It is stones, not sand, but we had beach shoes for swimming so no problem. The sea was so calm and clear. There are quite a lot of sunbeds at one end, €12 for 2 beds and a parasol for the day. Not cheap but worth it, although some people sat on the beach and George said we could use parasols from the hotel. Buying a lilo to sit on is not a bad idea. There is a small bar serving drinks but not meals. The beach is away from the road. If you walk to the marina there are other beaches by the road. The road is busy and the hotel is right on the road so choose a back room if you want to avoid the noise, though it didn't bother me or detract from my experience. The town and marina are a 10 minute walk along the busy road. There's not much in the town but the shops had plenty of choice. The restaurants were nothing special at the marina but most food was ok. The farthest one is probably the best. We had lunch at the marina but didn't go there at night because we didn't fancy the walk at night. Pavements not great. There's a bakery just up the other direction, though. Also a bus stop there for the bus to Nidri one way or Lefkada town the other (€2 and took about 12 minutes). It was worth seeing the town for a bit of a change. There is lots there. Getting a car is a good idea for getting around the island. Although not the best town, the stay was actually really relaxing, due to the lovely hotel and proximity to the beach. There is no pool but this didn't matter because of the beach.

These apartments are very nice, rooms well looked after, George very caring and couldn't do enough for us. Only problem was the mosquitoes, so take plenty of stuff with you . When we left for a walk there wasn't any tavernas or restaurants near complex only a bakery, you had to walk to the resort where there is only 5 restaurants and 1 Greek one, no tavernas on main drag only a few snack and coffee shops, the resort is very big,but scenery amazing. Biggest problem is the road it is horrendous, no footpath only small selection which was concrete path and the white lines faded , some of drivers drove very close to you and a lot on there mobiles, there are big lorries trucks etc etc , 24/7 .If your room was at the front you would here the traffic all night,we went September dread to think what it's like in peak time, a couple of times when we had been for a meal and it was dark a section of the road wasn't lit, very scary, In the end we stopped going out in an evening just had a early meal before it went dark, This is not safe for children beaches are not sandy ,either pebbles or shingles.not a lot to do for children .

This is a lovely complex run by the very welcoming George. We had a top floor apartment that was roomy with a huge balcony. It is a few minutes from the pebble beach and about 15 minutes walk into Nikiana which has a variety of restaurants. The furthest away in the harbour is very traditional, serving reasonably priced and excellent food. Friendly staff and great atmosphere too. My tip is to buy some rubber slip-on shoes in Lefkada Town to protect your feet from the difficult to walk on pebbles.

Renting an apartment from Philippos Hotel Apartments was great. The rooms contained everything you need on a holiday and were cleaned everyday. Location was good, because it’s near a beach, Lefkada city and Nydri. The hospitality of the owner Giorgios was also great. He gave us some hints on what to do in Lefkada.

We decided to return here after such an enjoyable holiday the year before ! First time we have ever done this, and we had an even better stay this time around! We had a different room this time which was great, as it had four smaller balconies! Super clean with daily housekeeping as usual by the fantastic staff. The thing that sets it apart is the hospitality and willingness to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible without being intrusive. Georges is always on hand if you need anything or just for a chat in my case! one example, we wanted to watch the football in the apartment but hadn’t eaten so he gave us a menu leaflet for a local food outlet. He even ordered the food for us and had it delivered to our apartment! The rooms have everything you need kettle, coffee machine, fridge, oven, hob and great air con! Fantastic family run complex, we love it 😊

Abbiamo prenotato dietro consiglio di amici, la realtà ha superato le aspettative. La cortesia, la disponibilità e la professionalità di Giorgio (ottimi i suoi consigli) e della sua dolcissima mamma. Appartamento capiente e molto comodo. La pulizia viene effettuata giornalmente, fantastico tornare dopo una giornata di mare con le stanze in ordine e pulite. Posizione strategica per visitare l'Isola di Lefkada, a metà strada tra Lefkada città e Nidri, a solo dieci minuti di auto la presenza di un grande supermercato, a 150 metri un piccolo forno, a pochi metri una piccola spiaggia molto carina. Tutto perfetto, dimenticavo di dire che Lefkada è bellissima, torneremo sicuramente. Grazie Giorgio.

Struttura moderna composta da alcuni edifici divisi da un giardino centrale curatissimo. Il nostro appartamento comprendeva una cucina con due letti singoli, una camera da letto ed un bagno con una grande doccia. Entrambi i locali, molto spaziosi, erano forniti di condizionatore con balconi attrezzati con sedie e tavolino. Pulizia ottima effettuata ogni giorno, con cambio frequente di lenzuola e asciugamani da bagno. Nel giardino è disponibile un barbecue per gli ospiti. La posizione è strategica, a metà strada tra Lefkada Town e Nidry, i due borghi dell' isola più movimentati di sera, raggiungibili entrambi in poco più di una decina di minuti di auto. A circa 200 metri dalla struttura, attraversando la strada e percorrendo una stradina sterrata in una sorta di pineta, si raggiunge una stupenda spiaggia , un' insenatura con ciottoli, mare trasparente e sempre calmo. Una particolare menzione va fatta al proprietario Giorgio, onnipresente, parla correttamente l' italiano, sempre gentilissimo e disponibile, pronto a dare consigli su cosa fare a Lefkada.

Tornata da un paio di giorni da un'ottima esperienza in questa struttura. Ero in uno studio al primo piano dello stabile dove si trova la reception, molto spazioso con angolo cucina adeguato e ideale per pranzi veloci. Bagno nuovo, cambio lenzuola e asciugamani ogni due giorni, estrema pulizia anche degli ambienti comuni. Il titolare sig Giorgio, una persona gentilissima e sempre pronto a dare utili consigli. Prenotato tramite lui anche transfer aeroportuali e noleggio scooter. A pochi metri disponibile un panificio, spiaggia di fronte super!

Struttura curatissima in un giardino splendido, camera pulitissima con cambio lenzuola ed asciugamani, titolare gentilissimo e sempre presente per ogni richiesta (parla italiano perfetto). Abbiamo usufrito della colazione, su richiesta pagando una cifra adeguata, praticamente è un brunch con cose molto buone. Situata in posizione strategica a metà tra Nidri e Lefkada centro (noi eravamo in moto) ma basta attraversare la strada e c'è un mare splendido con lido o spiaggia libera. Consigliatissimo!
