A smile doesn't hurt...but nice hotel
Nice hotel ... reception ladies could learn to smile and greet more.
The restaurant food was bad...looked nice, but was not impressed

Prima ontbijt en lekker avondeten! Wel een ontzettend hard bed en we lagen beide in een kuil. Tevens hele onprettige harde kussens. Met uitzicht op de snelweg wat niet fantastisch was. Wij hebben betere ervaringen met andere van der valk hotels.

Lekkere lunch gegeten. Van der Valk Leeuwarden is altijd goed. Al meerdere keren geweest om te lunchen en dat valt nooit tegen. 12 uurtje met vlees is altijd een divers aanbod. Dit keer was het met een broodje kroket, wrap met kip, salade en een broodje met carpaccio, ei en een frisse saus eronder

Middelmatig kwaliteit tegen dure prijzen en verre van exclusief, zoals het hotel zelf wel wil doen voorkomen. Masr wat echt niet kan is de koffie, kleine kopjes voor de helft gevuld. Letterlijk 4 vingerhoedjes koffie voor bijna 4 euro. Schandalige winst en verre van gastvrij.

Hier lunch gegeten met collega en zakenrelatie. Makkelijk gratis parkeren voor de deur, stond niemand bij de ontvangst desk van het restaurant zoals we wel gewend zijn bij vd Valk dus dat was even onduidelijk. Bediening mocht wat alerter maar de service was verder goed en het eten ook.
