The room is a bit crowded for a family (two adults and one child), but it is still clean. The advantage is that it is close to the train station. I didn't take a taxi and walked there. There are many shops and bars on some streets, but the hotel area is still very quiet. The breakfast is simple, typical Western style, with few bread varieties, but fortunately there are eggs, sausages and bacon, which is enough.

Room was nice, but more importantly the location was 10minute walk from the station. Staff were friendly. Though for a night, what I experienced was a pleasure. Was super convenient having a sainsbury around the corner. Will definitely consider staying again in the future.

Good value for money and easy solution for regular size room and for a nice hotel in Leeds. It was nice to walk around the docks and walk into the centre of town.
The ladies on reception in the evening and in the morning were pleasant and very helpful.
I have seen cleaner carpets before but I was there for 1 night and didn't want to make a fuss. Everything was more than fine :)

This wine is really good, clean and hygienic, and the room is large. I booked a double room with one double bed and one single bed. The price for two nights on weekdays including tax is less than 1100HK. It is a 10-minute walk from the train station and the hotel. It only takes 8 minutes to go to corn exchange and 10 minutes to Kirkgate market. recommend.
