Here at the Best Western Plus Lees Summit Hotel Suites, we are passionate about taking great care of you and want to make your stay exceptional, whether youre planning a corporate meeting or just need guest room accommodations. The hotel and grounds have just been newly remodeled in 2016 for a sophisticated stay. Our hotel is located just a few miles south from I-70 off Highway 470/291 in a beautiful, quiet and tranquil location. We offer many amenities: indoor heated pool, free high-speed wireless internet, fitness facility, guest business center and a full hot breakfast buffet every morning serving items such as real scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, fresh waffles, bacon or sausage, assorted pastries, fresh fruit, a variety of juices, milk, coffee, tea and much more. We also offer free local calls, and a voice mail system in each room for all of our guests.
We are privileged to have the Summit Grill on-site with their amazing chef to prepare the most delicious meals. We are also conveniently located very close to many restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues in Lee’s Summit such as Unity Village and Independence, the Bass Pro Shops® Silverstein Eye Centers Arena, Royals Stadium and Chiefs Stadium are just few minutes from our property.
We offer a meeting/conference room that will hold up to 50 people and a new boardroom for the private meetings that will seat 8-10 with open catering options available for both spaces.

This location was in a nice area but the cosmetic upgrades they’ve attempted to keep this placed updated were pretty awful. Not to mention it the rooms were some of the dirtiest I’ve seen in awhile.

By far the best service I received in a long time from a hotel they have great customer service Representatives housekeeping is amazing rooms are always clean cozy noise free very accommodating for sleep and the TV sizes are amazing showers awesome sauce I just love this hotel

Terrible stay. Everything about this place felt dirty. Felt like a shower was needed. Speaking of which, towels are very thin and need to be replaced. Pillows were hard. Paint colors all throughout were in bad taste. Probably helped with that “filthy” feel. The 2nd floor hallway smelled really bad. Look up at the lights in the lobby. Some soft white bulbs, some day light bulbs. Just tacky. The light in our bathroom flickered. Breakfast was stuffed in a closet and didn’t have many options. Strongly encourage you to choose a different hotel. So many other options in the area that offer a cleaner, more consistent, higher quality product for little to no more $. I’m done with the brand. On the positive side, the restaurant in the parking lot was enjoyable.

During our stay, we were in 3 different rooms. We had issues with the fridge not keeping things cold even on the max setting. Noisy guests not letting us rest. Dirty room conditions including sheets and towels that were supposed to be clean. Internet was spotty constantly for us. Tried the pool and it was cold and dirty. My 2 year old and i kept finding hairs and nasty things like that getting stuck on us while trying to swim. Noticed guests not abiding by rules getting in the pool with the clothes they were wearing for the day. My family and I started not feeling well during our stay and noticed a musty earthy odor coming from the HVAC unit. Deep cleaned the room including the HVAC unit and just gave the benefit of the doubt at first thinking it was from the room condition, weather, and/or the condition of the HVAC unit itself. Yesterday we woke up miserably sick when the HVAC was running more at night so I had to check things out more. Found on the left-hand side underneath the HVAC unit there's a hole in the wall with what appears to be black mold. No guest should have to live in unhabitable conditions. Especially a family with an infant. Want to ensure the hotel is aware of these issues and has the opportunity to address them promptly. Please see photo provided. Tried reaching out for support. Customer satisfaction is not a priority. Don't seem to care about any of this even the incorrect/unauthorized charges. Lack of communication overall from management. Won't be staying at this location ever again. My family and I felt discriminated against. Considering objectively, how we were treated knowing other long term guests were accomodated way better than we were. Be careful with misleading information and runaround treatment. Saying what we want to hear to "make us stay", but then flipping the script on us after the fact when they know they have the upper hand. Terrible customer service. So far management has failed to reconsile this situation. Only more of the same runaround treatment.

Will be coming back.
Stayed here instead of the Hampton Inn where i normally stay when I'm in town to see family. Let me first start out be saying "Soft close doors" OMG. No slamming doors!! Staff was amazing! Had issue with microwave and coffee maker. Both were replaced with new same day. Bed was great.. very comfortable. Shower was great.. no cheap shower head. Plenty of hot water. Highly recommend!!
