I don't have time to bother with reviews normally. But in this case, I am making time. I arrived late at about 10:30pm this week to this hotel. I checked in immediately and the process was flawless. I was going straight to bed when I saw multiple ants crawling on the bed next to mine. I videod the ants and packed back up and went to the front desk to ask for another room on another floor. It was too late to go searching for alternatives and I realize that if you have ants on the 3rd floor in room 300, then every room is going to have ants. So when they put me in room 117, I literally went to bed and shut off the lights immediately. Sure enough, the next morning in the bathroom, there were ants crawling on the toilet. I video'd that as well. When I approached the desk for checkout, I wanted a full credit for my stay. She offered me POINTS. I responded that I would prefer a full credit for my troubles. minutes ago, I discovered that they have billed me in full. Therefore, I am taking the time to let all viewers know that this hotel is NOT clean and is NOT being maintained properly and is infested with ants. From room 300 on the 3rd floor down to the first floor in room 117, I saw ants in both rooms. As I told them when I checked out, the reception was flawless and professional. But it appears to me that ownership is resisting investing in the comfort of future guests because there is NO WAY I am the only person to see ants in this building.
