There as a dead bug in my bed under the blanket and no working, so disgusting and should've given us a free night for a nasty big dead bug in room, not cleaned or changed the sheets!!!

Thus is my 3rd trip to Foxwoods for dance competitions. It’s huge, appropriately staffed, clean and able to host family, adult and ******** activity all at once. Foxwoods had good dining options for fine dining, family dining and quick bites.

My Wife and I spent the weekend and we were highly disappointed. We had a corner suite on the 6th floor. The view was of the roof of the bridge to the outdoor parking area. The roof looking like a tornado ran through it. The room was outdated to say the least. The lights that did work flickered periodically and most of the trims were not seated tight to the ceiling anymore. The wall paper was peeling off the walls. The thermostats were original and the slightest adjustment made the room either too cold or too hot. The TVs were original so no smart connectivity for at night. The room had a musty smell. The stand up shower didn’t drain so all the water pooled at your feet. At one point the elevator stopped working and no one in the hotel seemed to know why. All patrons were standing with no guidance on what to do. All and all the fact that they are charging premium rate youd think they would upgrade the rooms to match the price tag. Wouldn’t recommend.

The property was very dated. The showerhead was too low and couldn't be adjusted. The ****** was not what I would have expected for such a large venue. It was fine but I won't go back. On the other hand Hells kitchen was impressive and the food was great.

Really enjoyed the easy access to the Great Cedar Showroom where we were attending a concert. Less than 5 minute walk. Great dining choices and comfortable room. A few things in room needed updating but it was clean.
