The staff are beyond friendly and amazing. They helped me print off some paperwork for my work and scan and email back to me. The room is absolutely perfect, beds awesome, bathroom is huge, and a great sleep there. You rock!

Excellent service and very comfortable beds, we really enjoyed ourselves before taking off on our vacation and the park and fly was a great option as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone from business to family. And the coffee was great too.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and it’s my favourite place to stay when visiting the area. The price is very reasonable and I’ve always found the hotel room to be clean and well maintained. I really like that the rooms I’ve stayed in have walk in showers rather than a tub and shower curtain. I’ve never been disappointed when I’ve stayed here and recommend visitors to Leduc check it out.

Victoria at the front desk was very polite and helpful. Amazing service. Took the extra step to help us figure out our reservation location and time. Helped without any hesitation and made sure we knew where our room was and the ammentities involved with it.

Tonight I had the pleasure of being helped by Victoria. She is the sweetest, most resourceful and generous woman l've ever come across in customer service. Not only did she rectify my issues but she went above and beyond. Such a pleasant experience. I will most definitely stay here again all due to her hospitality. Thank you again Victoria

Place was clean but staff were rude when I asked for a working blow dryer. They gave me a dryer, it didn’t work so I took it back, second one didn’t work either, so I took it back and the staff were rude saying it did work even when I proved it didn’t. The hotel itself was quiet noisy throughout the night with people shouting in the hallways most of the overnight. Definitely do not recommend this place. There are plenty of other nice places close to the airport.

There was a bit of a mixup regarding our reservation and Victoria straightened it right out. It's so refreshing to deal with people who are personable, and accommodating, and who go above and beyond. Amazing customer service. Thank you
