the staff that greeted us was aggressive and rude,i sent a e mail requesting breakfast which was available on request, thas was not honoured,the floor of the bedroom had a severe slope,which with socks/bear feet was dangerous. it was noisy,
This is not a hotel it is a high street pub with rooms,this HOTEL is not fit for purpose has a hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not know ledbury to well however after being poorly treated at the feathers hotel we discovered the seven stars. Instantly made to feel welcome buy friendly staff who could not do enough. We ordered steak and beef Bourguignon with a large glass of malbec. Didnt have to wait to long for our meals. Both meals were decent portions and of good quality. Restaurant and bar areas are also pleasant. Thank you. to the happy staff

Seven Stars is a quirky old building oozing charm with its old beams and wonky floors. The staff were friendly, the food was delicious and it is located in the heart of Ledbury. Whilst there was not a dedicated parking area, the public car park is just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. Parking is free there between 6 pm and 8 am.

Lovely stay
We really enjoyed staying here, right on the main street in a spacious comfortable room. I appreciated that renovations of the building were in keeping with its age. Friendly service & a good bar meal downstairs.
