We booked afternoon tea for 4 people. We have been to the Feathers many times. There was staff we hadn’t seen before and a pretty cheerless lot they were, there was no greeting ss such. We were shown our table and I had to brush off the crumbs and bits of food from the last sitting off all four chairs. We were then asked if we’d already paid and my wife confirmed that we had but the waiter seemed unconvinced and came back three times to ask the question in the end photographing the confirmation email on my wife’s phone. By then I was getting pretty peeved and said we’ve been there enough times for them to know our address. The tea and cakes and sandwiches were excellent but the service was slow and indifferent. As we left we are used to a goodbye and thank you but there was nothing. Staff just ignored us. Very very different to what we’re used to. We probably won’t bother again as there are plenty of alternatives in the town.

Stayed here on the hottest night of the year (34.7c recorded nearby) First floor room was very hot and caused by the heatwave, which the hotel had tried to alleviate by providing a fan. The room was of a high standard in decor and facilities. Food and wine served was of a high standard served promptly by friendly restaurant staff. However, some of the barstaff could have smiled and come over more friendly. Good breakfast served by Theo. On-site parking is available, but it looks like it could at times be difficult. If we visited again, it would be at a cooler time of the year. Thank you

Much needed comfort stop. Excellent Macchiato. Come 4.30pm all the cafes in Ledbury are closed. So a haven of rest and relaxation. Could have done without subcontractor relieving himself in the accessible toilet - with the Door Open! The whacky interior is a maze reflecting centuries of change. Hayling Seagoon

Beautiful hotel right on the High Street. Lovely rooms, tastefully and carefully decorated. Great bars, amazing breakfast and wonderful outside space. Stayed in the self contained cottage as well as rooms in the hotel. Both were excellent. Staff and very friendly especially the breakfast staff. Breakfast was delicious and served piping hot. Perfect place to stay to explore the Malvern Hills

Was in town overnight and looking for somewhere to eat, saw some good reviews for this place. Friday night however as I came early there were no issues getting a table. Nice friendly service from the staff. Awesome food and selling zero beer on draft which is always a bonus.

We were celebrating my husband's 70fh birthday with a meal in the restaurant. The food was exceptionally good and the service outstanding. There was a delay between our starter and main course and the staff automatically took 20%off our bill, even though we were not unhappy and had not complained. How rare is that kind of service!

My friend and I met up for a delicious belated birthday lunch and were given a table in the restaurant. The service was impeccable from the moment we arrived until we left the restaurant. Our food and beverages were delicious. The restaurant became busier as the time lapsed but never did we feel rushed to vacate our table. A totally superb few hours spent catching up in this lovely establishment. Coffee was delicious to round off the afternoon too.

We stayed at The Feathers for the first time and were really pleasantly pleased with our stay. All of the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room we stayed in was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom felt newly done. Everywhere was clean and smelt fresh. The toiletries feel high end and smell amazing. We had a drink in the lounge which was quiet and relaxing. Our evening meal was delicious, as was our breakfast. We’d highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area and will definitely recommend to friends!
