The service provided is good at reception, but the restaurant service is terrible, it makes you not want to come back. The waiters serve very poorly, they ignore the guest and make the experience unpleasant. I would not return to this great hotel.

Terrible experience, the room had problems in the bathroom, the towels were very worn, and the reception staff was disrespectful, not to mention that when I complained, the security guard treated me as if I were a criminal. In conclusion, the hotel is in very bad condition, I would NOT recommend it for anything.

Buen hotel y personal servicial. Justo a mi check in tuvieron una alta afluencia de personas, sin embargo el registro fue rápido. Desayuno básico sin variedad de opciones. Para la cantidad de personas que había sería bueno que fuese tipo buffet, aún así el personal se desenvolvió muy bien. Toallas en muy mal estado y deshilachadas. Estacionamiento complicado. Buena atención en todo momento.
