Auf der Suche nach Entspannung in den Bergen entschied ich mich letzten Herbst für das Hotel Arlberg in Lech – eine Wahl, die sich als Glücksgriff erwies. Schon bei der Ankunft wurde klar, dass hier Gastfreundschaft grossgeschrieben wird: Der Wagen wurde in der Garage geparkt, das Gepäck diskret aufs Zimmer gebracht, und als besondere Überraschung erwartete mich sogar ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade. Das Hotel besticht durch seinen charaktervollen, rustikalen Stil, der sich wohltuend von der oft anzutreffenden modernen Helligkeit abhebt. Die gediegene, teilweise dunklere Einrichtung verleiht dem Haus eine besonders gemütliche Atmosphäre. Hervorzuheben ist der wunderschön gestaltete Wellnessbereich mit seinem umfassenden Angebot – ein wahres Highlight des Hotels. Mein Zimmer war nicht nur grosszügig geschnitten und stilvoll eingerichtet, sondern verfügte auch über ein besonders eindrucksvolles Badezimmer. Fazit: Wer hochwertige Entspannung in gediegenem Ambiente sucht, ist im Hotel Arlberg bestens aufgehoben. Die Kombination aus persönlichem Service, stilvoller Einrichtung und erstklassigem Wellness-Angebot machte meinen Aufenthalt zu einem rundum gelungenen Erlebnis.

One of the best family run accommodation we have stayed in. We were there for 7 nights, and it felt too short. Everything was great. Service was on warm, efficient and on point at every occasion. Location could not be any better with direct access to the ski rental. Rooms were extremely comfortable. Spa was also fantastic with many different saunas, showers, and massages available. Breakfast selection was extensive with a vast spread and selection. Since we had half board, we also had dinner service in our package. Dinners were fine dining, with options in case dishes were not to your liking. Thank you to the team for making our trip so memorable.

The Arlberg Hotel is a treasure in Lech. A beautiful garden in Summer and very very cosy in Winter, especially the authentic and chic bar area. Chris, the new bartender, is an absolut highlight. As well as all the other young stuff members. They are coming from different places in Europe. All very kind-hearted, helpful and charismatic. 5 points for a 5*S hotel with an exquisite kitchen, great drinks, Spa area and recommendations, what to do in the hotel and around it. Totally NEW is the Arlberg Club House, which you are able to find just on the other side of the river. Highly recommended too!

World class service
Excellent hotel with great facilities and kitchen. The best thing though is the service, truly world class - from reception, the restaurants and especially the bar. Will be coming back many times.

Excellent service
Impeccable service with a very familiar touch. Highly recommend the bar for relaxing and good conversations. The jazz in the background throughout the hotel is also a nice touch that helps with setting the mood.
